Remember I ordered on 16Jan and they still didn't manage to put the SSD with 1.6
ohhh, how much I am hating this combination now.. I wish I paid extra and got the 1.8/64

But I shouldn't complain as they said from the begining that it will ship Feb 11, so will see what will happen on Monday - Feb11

but remember...nearly everyones shipped before their given shipping time...just us left with no shipmet yet, looks like we got screwed big time...last time i preorder!

There was a slight update on my shipment status today. Estimated Delivery Date changed from FEB 14 to FEB 8 ... this would have been today

Assigned Carrier is now NL DISTRIBUTION CENTER and there is a 20 digit Carrier Tracking Number starting with 0034

Still no entry at Signed By

I believe the MBA could be in the NL and waiting there to be emerged with the Ethernet adapter (which won't happen before next week).

Exactly the same here... so it's back to the futur now... I've ordred a lot of laptop/desktop from apple... but this is the wired delivery ever lol

Happened to me with my MacBook, the day changed to "today" once and "yesterday" once in the middle of the delivery. Turned out in the end that the original estimate was spot on...

Update: now there is an Assigned Carrier KUEHNE & NAGEL and a Carrier Tracking Number starting with RTML00XXXXXX. But no way to get a decent tracking info. I suppose that's more about the path from Shanghai to the Netherlands, which was carried out by KUEHNE & NAGEL for Apple. The FLEXTRONICS tracking page now shows a Gross Weight of 3.72 in one of their page results, and on the other page the status changed to PALLET CLOSED yesterday before. So let's combine:

I would say our airs were waiting at the airport in Shanghai until the pallet got a full load. And since a lot of customers knew about Apples merging policy for accessories and split their orders accordingly, we might have been there on our own.. So thank you guys for being as green as I was..

We might have to wait for another few days until the damit accessories will be joint to our airs and only after then the final shipment will start. Personally I hope that they will arrive at least before the next weekend. We will have lost about one week due to the combined ordering. No one at Apple will confirm you this but I am quite sure about everything I have seen here.

I also got Kuehne & Nagel as transport carrier, but i cant find any shippment with my tracking number there ... could someone please help me. The Apple Shipment Status tells me that i should have received my mba yesterday ... well i dont have it

Pallet has been closed ever since flextronics added data to their tracking so that most likely has nothing to do with our mbas sitting in china and now being shipped because there are enough of them. Furthermore, flextronics has nothing to do with the actual intercontinental shipping. What they do is the merge, also, you might have noticed, that the gross weight on their website is for two pieces so I guess it has already been merged. Flextronics is just a partner of apple handling the merge and forward part of the process in the netherlends. Why our books have been delayed that much I can't tell but it imo doesn't have anything to do with the "pallett closed" message you've just noticed, someone has even written about that message showing up a couple of days ago if my memory doesn't deceive me.

My 1.6/SSD order from jan 21st is still Not Yet Shipped, no charge on the card and i can still cancel the order!

Estimated despatch is still for the 11th so i can't complain just yet i guess!

I've just collected mine from the Alton TNT hub. It arrived at Northampton last night from Arnhem and was then delivered to Alton at 03:45 this morning. I thought I would take a chance calling the depot to see if I could collect and yes lucky me it was on Monday's delivery truck so all was OK

My original delivery date was 14 Feb then Apple updated this to 13 Feb so anyone with similar dates I think can assume yours must be on it's way.

I've just open the box and the impact is stunning and this is without turning it on. It's almost worth the money just to look at and handle. Well worth the wait.

My Flextronics tracking says my package is 3 pieces, and weights 4.4... lbs? kg? Whatever. It's consistant with my order, more or less. Anyone knows the "official" weight of the MacBoor Air whole package?

where can you track your shipment ?? .. i wasnt able to find a correct flextronics site .. and which number did you use there (delivery reference or carrier tracking)
