I removed the pervious version of Gruppled LockInfo, Gruppled Art.theme and LockInfo.theme. After doing this, i installed LockInfo from cydia, yet nothing happens, now i dont see lockinfo in winterboard to seleect... did do something wrong, or am i missing something.

It's not in winterboard anymore. If you disable all lockinfo themes it should appear on your lockscreen with Native Rendering. A new feature that makes it independent of Winterboard. You should still be able to theme it with WB if you want, but turn off the themes and make sure it shows up.
You need to download and install more then lockinfo. You need to install the gruppled theme as well to get what you are looking for. The links are all over the place or google.
I also did this but just the bottom slider worked, with standard wallpaper and standard clock.
Not sure what else to do. Does anyone else have 3GS with 3.1.2 working with lockinfo and theme?
I am not understanding your problem. If you have the stuff loaded then you must be out of order in winterboard.
If you want Gruppled Lockscreen on your iPhone then go to this LINK that I have posted. I have posted this link multiple times and give step by step how to install and set up. If this does not fix your situation then I am sorry, I dont know how to help you.
So I have a 3gs running 3.1.2 with lockinfo 1.0.91 installed. I followed the directions on the site for the gruppled installation, but my lockinfo still looks like the stock style. Any ideas?
As has been asked several times in this thread alone, how do you configure the weather for native rendering?
Actually since Native Rendering it's only been asked how to Enable weather and get the icons to show up.
For the record: WeatherIcon adds the plugin for LockInfo Native rendering. You have to install a WeatherIcon theme to get images to show. It's on one of these threads. I've posted a .zip for people to use for Katra weather icons.
To set the location you want to show, you must change the FIRST location in the Apple Weather app.
And... Read the instructions please. The WeatherIcon page (the link in Cydia when you go to install) has all the configuration instructions.
