I saw the video amongst the many reviews launched yesterday and while he does make a point , I feel it’s not the hardware issue , it just needs a os overhaul to make it useable but that might be a stretch too. However his scenario on filling PDF form, well if ur form is not accessible friendly in the first place , then none of the os in the world will be able to fill it.
the workflow on signing docs etc is another issue that is fixable n not an iPad or OS X issue. There are many apps for fillable form etc and different ways to do it.

can’t wait for my iPad tomorrow! It’s been 6 years ??

While I disagree with his attitude and his clickbait title to his video, he demonstrates why iPadOS needs a serious overhaul. Simple tasks like he demonstrated are just much more difficult than they should be given how powerful the iPad Pro hardware has been.
How does making up a problem that doesn’t exist on the iPad demonstrate why iPad OS needs an overhaul? Like him trying to open a .docx without using Word.

1. CaNt EdIt PDF hErE LeMmE sHoW yOu! *proceeds to open docx file*

2. proceeds to hate on other youtubers with high production videos and millions of views because they get early access directly from Apple and he cant get the same amount of viewers because his video lacks any sort of valuable information or substance… yet he it isnt his problem. it’s everyone elses.

3. so lets put out a clickbait video so i can please the apple haters and “review” a product which i dont have in my hands in the first place.

I don't know how long did it took him to make this video, which, by the click-bait structure, must be his living, but it would've taken less time to learn how to do it properly in 2-steps instead of 20.

By the way, in open OS's like MacOS or Windows -let's not even mention Linux-, what he's trying to do can take just as many steps if you don't know your way around. If you don't have Word installed a docx file won't open either in Windows or MacOS, signing a PDF can be as much pain if you don't know hot to do it in Windows (is it even possible out of the box?) or how to use the Preview singing capability of MacOS.

It seems he just doesn't want to learn the iOS way of doing things, and makes it look like pure frustration. For the new generations that are growing with iOS devices or ChromeOS devices as their main computing platforms, their first time with a Windows or MacOS desktop experience can pretty much look the same.

He has a few points of course, like how File and Photos compete in the share sheet and it's not always clear where a downloaded image has gone, but you learn that once and that's it.

Look I agree the guy is a miserable human being, and I totally find his bashing others pathetic and reflective of his own shortcomings, but he does point out one of the issues with iPadOS. It could just be Microsoft or iPadOS but an example I have is how terrible the experience is using the Office apps on my iPad with Magic Keyboard vs just hopping on my Mac. Don’t get me wrong, I’ve said many times if I wasn’t in school my iPad would be my only computer. I just think iPadOS is way too restrictive considering the hardware Apple has been delivering.

Not gonna lie, while I disagree with his attitude, but he makes a good point that we shouldn't get hyped by Tech YouTubers who paid by Apple because they won't show you the cons. He also said Ipad hardware is great already and the new Ipad power won't be useful unless Apple makes a significant upgrade to IPadOS software which is true
