Ordered a 12 ipp 256g wf/cell or so I thought. Somehow I ordered the 11” and didn’t catch it until I get the notice that it’s shipping. Too late to cancel. I immediately order the 12 and it will arrive on the 29, the 11 showed up today the 26 Oct and it’s sitting on my counter waiting to get sent back.
I currently use a 2018 12 IPP for everything other than reading in bed & navigation in my car, the mini 6 is perfect for those 2 things.

I downloaded the beta profile but it's still only showing 16.0. I'll have to wait for the public beta.
The beta 16.2 has Freeform and Stage Manager extended screen, which I think are worth checking out now.
Someone mentioned these look the same as their previous IPP. I think they all sort of look the same now.

Did you actually install the Beta profile after downloading?
For me, the betas were available immediately after install+restart.

Yes, and I'm stuck on 16.0. For a new M2!
Always something.update: I removed the beta profile, now 16.1 is showing as an update. So anyone else having this issue here it is.

Mine was delivered at 3 pm set up was a breeze I’d say that was the fastest transfer I’ve had from one device to another. Then again this is my first apple silicon chip device. Was hoping for more features on this year's iPad Pro line up but am happy I can use the extended display on stage manager later on. There are for sure still a lot of bugs in stage manager itself.
totally agree -- i did get a fair amount of dopamine for "unboxing" the pencil, magick keyboard case, and the ipad (got the 2TB LTE version). it DOES *feel* more solid than the M1 2tb 12.9 i sold to get this one. maybe in my head...
also agree on the ultra. i am an android guy and have had samsung watches for years but the ultra was finally a model i could get into. the prior ifruit watches were not up to my snuff.
"stage manager" or whatever its called is called "multi windows" on a z fold 4.
been doing this on folds and galaxy notes for years. good to see its finally on the pad (along with the "hover" that has also been on samsung devices with the stylus...)overall a good day. my first ever in store purchase with this company. was able to walk in much earlier than my window (hours earlier). plus since im traveling i got less tax here than at home.

Transfer from my old iPad didn’t work so I chose the don’t transfer data option and had to download my apps again no big deal they were all listed in the purchased link.

Remove the beta profile to do 16.1 or else you are stuck with 16.0. Dl the profile again afterwards.
Is Apple shipping with UPS? I got an email from UPS saying that there is a 2.6lb package from AI which I am going to assume means Apple Inc?
Mine came UPS and AI is Apple. Beware, no signature required and they just leaves it at the door if the drivers thinks it is safe.
My transfer from my 5th gen iPad Pro to my 6th gen iPad Pro did not work the first time and I had to reset. The second time it worked perfectly. It did need to upgrade to 16.1.
Question to anyone that did Instore pickup with a trade in . In the past I have been able to complete my trade in store , today when I placed my order for instore pickup , it wanted to know where to ship a box and said no trade in at store . Is this currently true or

Got my 11in IPP yesterday. All set and good to go, except my screen protector has 2 specks of dust under it!!! GRRR
