Anyone know of any docks that support dual 4k120hz? I got the OWC Thunderbolt Go Dock but it seems like it can only do 1 monitor @ 120hz and the other at 60hz. My Macbook Pro M1 Max is able to output 4k120hz when the cables are directly plugged into it, but I would prefer a docking station if possible.

Thanks!

I think you need two displays that support 4K120 using HBR2 with DSC or two lanes of HBR3 with DSC.
What displays do you have?
If you can connect them to an Intel Mac, then you can use AllRez to get the EDIDs and the DisplayPort DPCD info. Then we can check their capabilities.

Thanks for the reply! I have 2 alienware aw3225qf. I don't have an Intel Mac, Is there any other way to find the EDID info? I have a Windows PC and laptop if that helps.

You can get the EDID in macOS using SwitchResX or BetterDisplay.
The AW3225QF page says they support 4K 240Hz with DisplayPort using DSC. 240Hz requires HBR3.

Does the display have an option to select HBR2 or DisplayPort 1.2 mode? If the mode doesn't disable DSC, then it might still support 4K120.
Another option might be an adapter that supports only 2 lanes of HBR3, such as a USB-C to DisplayPort adapter that also has a USB type A connector.
