Hi tsialex (& to whom this may concern), Regarding Latebloom:
I discovered OpenCore Legacy Patcher (app) version 0.2.4 already includes Latebloom.
I re-installed OpenCore Legacy Patcher (0.2.4) to activate verbose boot.
During my Big Sur (OpenCore) boot, I saw about 25 consecutive Latebloom statements.
It looks like Latebloom delays an action, so that action looses "the race". Thank-you tsialex.
P.S. I haven't yet had enough boot-ups to draw a solid conclusion ...
So far, I have many fewer hanging boot-ups than I've seen (others) on YouTube.
Reminder: I use Big Sur 11.5.2 > Mac Pro 2009 5,1 (flashed).
