I get the same error on the Apple order status page. No error, but my order is missing from the Apple Store app on iOS. Nothing showing on the Apple system status page... Hopefully they notice and fix it soon.

I just get this errors when trying to access the orders page

I guess they are having some serious issues with the orders system, at least the front facing part of it. The optimistic part of me wants to believe it's because they were updating shipping times lol.

Hi everyone,
My Mac Studio shipped via UPS (im in the US) on 4/29
The UPS app said it was going to be delivered today, 5/2
However, the app status still shows 'on the way' rather than 'out for delievery'
and the last location scan was 4/29 in Hong Kong.
The status on the app still says delivery is today
However, I called UPS and they said its still in Hong Kong
About how long do they stay in Hong Kong before a new scan?

Recent posts suggest that there's a backlog of freight at the airport in Hong Kong and that your computer could be stuck there for 3-5 days. After that, it should move fast via Anchorage and Louisville.

Today, May 3, is the first day of the expected delivery window (May 3—May 11) for my base model Ultra, ordered on March 16.

The status is still “processing“. This is not looking good.

I ordered a basic model Mac Studio (M1 Ultra) from a physical store.
Deliveries here in Italy are 90 days for an order placed on May 2nd. So in August.

In the U.S., a base Ultra ordered today (May 3rd) directly from Apple has a delivery window of June 23-July 8. Did you order from an Apple store or from a reseller?

Ordered April 14th in US, base model. Received on May 2nd, 2022. When I initially ordered the studio, Apple said delivery mid-June.

I ordered from R-Store, which is an Apple Premium Reseller. I want to believe that it is a safe distance, because it seems really incredible to me.

128GB unified memory
4TB

Order placed: 3/14
Est. Delivery: 5/31 - 6/15

Just this past Thursday, 4/28, a pending charge for the full amount was placed on my Apple Card. My delivery estimate hasn't changed and I haven't received shipment news yet, but the card activity means it's imminent, right? I purchased a Studio Display, and it arrived within my shipping estimate; the charge remained "pending" on my card until a few days after it was delivered! I'm in Manhattan, NYC.

Also, my first post! I think the excitement (and strain) of waiting while seeing others get their machines early is starting to get to me!

And now, after five days, Apple has released the pending credit card charge, so I'm back to nebulous waiting time. Has this happened to anyone else?

My upgraded Ultra has the same delivery estimate as yours, but hasn't budged and no charge yet. I only had the authorization check which happened around order time and dropped off quickly. I've not seen anyone have a pending charge come and go 7 weeks after the initial order. Are they toying with you or what? 😅
