It's definitely been a story of twists and turns that's for sure! Who's your courier? UPS?
Same here. I just called Apple and they opened an internal ticket. They said though that the Mac Studio should come today..(which I don't believe)Same here. I called DHL; they didn't receive the package yet. They told me to contact Apple as this is not normal. I called Apple (again); they stated it would be delivered today - but after looking further they could see that DHL only created a tracking number.
Apple opened a request internally to shipping dept. They will let me know today what the status is.
Safe to assume that no Mac Studio will be delivered today here.
However the Studio Display is arriving with UPS today.
The Studio Display I got from my local Applestore..
Also the date that the Applestore app says is ********. The real date is what the website is showing and not the app. This is what the Apple Support employee told me.

I just got Apple on the phone, they offered a coupon and told me I could wait to get the mac studio to send back my macbook pro.
They also told me it should arrive between the first and fifth of April.
I asked if it was still in China and he said the package was in the Netherlands (which is obviously a lie).
Anyway, I knew there was nothing he could do, so I did not lash out on him.
We’ll wait, but that’s not acceptable. If they wanted to, they could provide informations of where it is.
It is actually happening. Mine is loaded on the truck for delivery today. What a journey!
Scratch that. It was scanned at East Midlands Airport this morning, then it looks like it was scanned in and out of Edinburgh (local delivery office), then back in again.
EDIT: just had a text to say it's being delivered this afternoon. So the status has changed from Shenzhen to 'out for dispatch' in under 12 hours. They're obviously not scanning individual items in a consignment.

Gave them a call too, but she couldn't see what the issue was, basically only seeing what I can see. I would have thought they would be able to track where it would be, so the flight between China & DHL, but allright we'll wait.

They can definitely track it, but those employees probably don’t have access to this kind of information.
I gave up with idea of getting the studio today, or even this week.
Just a small update from here in China. To ensure we get our Studios and other Apple products, the dedicated employees of some of Apple’s suppliers are now living in a “closed loop” environment. This essentially entails living and working within a confined geographic area (compound, building, etc.) and being constantly tested for COVID.
This is in comparison to most employees which get to work from home during the COVID related restrictions in Shenzhen, Shanghai and other cities. When we receive our shiny new Studios, we should tip our hat to the dedication and sacrifice that others are making for us to enjoy these amazing products in this challenging environment.

I just got information from Apple that my Mac Studio will be delayed by one day..I hope this will be the last delay..
My Mac Studio 32GPU 32GB 1TB just shipped. It was supposed to Deliver April 11-18. The UPS date says March 30th. My Studio Display hasn’t shipped according to Apple despite the estimated date being April 5th to the 12th.
Yes. It says it’s in Clearance in Shenzen China. Expected Delivery March 30th with Apple Delivery showing April 5th. It showed preparing for Shipment on Friday before switching to shipped this morning
Woke up this morning to those glorious UPS words "Loaded on Delivery Vehicle." Hallelujah!
For those playing at home and want trip details, this was a U.S. bound (Mid-Atlantic) shipment.
"Origin Scan" was 1:30 pm, 3/22 China time. From then until reaching my local hub, idle time on the ground was (approx):
• .5 was in Shenzhen
• 2 in Shanghai
• 3 hours in Incheon, S. Korea
• 1 day in Anchorage
• 1.5 in Louisville,
• .5 in Newark before being trucked down I-95 overnight to the local hub.
The holdover in Louisville was because it was the weekend; arrived 3:30 AM Sat. But for that I probably would have received a day earlier. So keep the faith when you don't see movement for longish periods.

I just got off the phone with apple, they said that despite DHL not saying anything they see that the package has cleared customs and should arrive tomorrow… we’ll see 🤞
She told me to watch the tracking page tonight around 9PM so all you EU fellows might want to do the same
Oh and she also told me this is been happening a lot recently (No doubt due to the shutdowns) and that others have “received their packages on the promised day despite the lack of updates”, I don’t know if she was just telling me what I wanted to hear but that’s what I’ve been told.
Also I should note I placed my order thru Apple Business which has a dedicated support line which might or might not be better informed than the regular one?
