I'm probably going to get a clear case for my space gray MBP so that it's protected, but the "space grayness" shows through.

That's exactly what I'm looking for. Are you getting this one on Clear (altough this is matte), or have you found another one?

Thanks

I ordered a I-blason halo clear slim case for my new 15" touch bar MacBook pro from the i-blason website expecting it to be in stock & ship on 11/21 and now its backordered with no release date. Im very bummed as I always use a hardshell case on my MacBooks. Any other options available in the near future?

I have one of those on the way and will take some pictures of it; although, I won't have my SG MacBook when it arrives.

I wonder since the space gray color is anodized could hard shell cases cause blemishes or scratches especially where the clips snap on the macbook? I am looking forward for the moshi iglaze because I' ve tried it before ( on a silver macbook pro)

I have the I-blason clear shell case on the way from Amazon. It shipped out yesterday. Will take pics for y'all when it arrives.

i have been looking for a good and tight sleeve for 15 inc MBP . I noticed the dimensions of new 15 inc is pretty close to standard 14 inc laptops so i compared the internal dimensions on amazon with new MBP 15 .

For example:
Inatech 14.1: 13.9" x 9.8"
MBP 15 : 13.75 x 9.48

but not sure . anyone found a good sleeve for 15 inc.

If Incase can release specific sleeves this week that'd be great, otherwise I plan on ordering the Diamond Wire sleeve for the rMBP while they're doing 50% off Thursday and Friday (when I never see their stuff on sale otherwise). I compared the dimensions of mine versus the rMBP and it shouldn't make that much of a difference.

Im subscribed to their newsletter and i just got an email saying that a site wide event begins thursday, not sure what that means but maybe they release the new cases this thurs.

I recently purchased a refurb 2015 13" MacBook Pro. I wanted a compact carry case but not so compact that it didn't have pockets for the battery charger and other odds and ends. I found the Thule Stravan MacBook Deluxe Attache in my local Fry's store and instantly knew it was the right case for my needs!

Lots of pockets, room for an iPad (or two) and not at all bulky. The perfect carry case, in my humble opinion. Pricey, yes, but you get what you pay for.

Could you post the link to that sleeve please? Thanks!

Also - does the MBP slide around in there?

Very minimal movement as the sides are sewed down. It's designed for the previous versions but would have been a tight fit.

Better deal for those in the states as it's $13 (I paid $24 Canadian but still a steal in comparison to other options).

Here are the links for gray and dark gray versions in each size:

Would anyone happen to know if there's any case (not sleeve) available for the new MacBook Pro 13" with Touch Bar?

I'm not supposed to get my computer until mid December, so I'm going to wait and see what's available about a week before then. I'd like the case to be as thin and transparent as possible.

I just ordered this last night - the WaterField Designs Staad Attache. More of a soft briefcase than hard. Not sure exactly what you want. I chose the black ballistic nylon body with chocolate full grain leather flap and accents. At $229 it was a little pricey but WaterField makes great stuff; I have a couple other smaller bags of theirs and they have performed and lasted well. Not sure if this counts as "hipster'ish" If so, I can say for sure that that was not my reason for purchasing it. I'm 46 and very far from hipster--more like uber tech nerd, Star Wars dork. Or so says my wife :)

I have my eye on this case from Jack Spade for my 13".. but I'm nervous that it'll be too roomy. I wish I could try it out in person, but I only see it sold on their website. I wonder if bloomingdale's might have them in store. It's $80 but I have a 15% coupon, and I figure it's an $1800 laptop, why put it in a cheap sleeve?

I have this sleeve from tomtoc and could not have asked for a better choice! Fits the new 13" MBP snug and safe.

American friends could get this too: https://www.amazon.com/Tomtoc-Think...hant-items&ie=UTF8&qid=1479891403&sr=1-6&th=1

I'd like to get an Incase ICON sleeve for the new MBP 13" w/touchbar. I was wondering if anyone has tried the case for the MB Air or 2015 MBP 13" w/retina? Does it fit the new MBP? If not, I'll just keep waiting for Incase to release the new sleeve for the new MBP.

In the meantime I've ordered: https://www.amazon.ca/Tomtoc-11-6-1...ie=UTF8&qid=1479742097&sr=8-5&keywords=tomtoc

A reviewer said it fits the new MBP 13" very well, it was fairly inexpensive, so I gave it a shot. It'll arrive later today and I'll post a review.

So I got this Inateck case last week for my 13" TB MBP:

https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00X97M...97120&sr=sr-1&keywords=inateck+macbook+sleeve

It's a great case, very sturdy, practical pockets, has a really nice soft interior lining and looks pretty great as well! Only issue is, the laptop doesn't fit as snugly as I'd like in there (see pictures below). Real shame as it would have been perfect otherwise, but it's going back. Unfortunately the ProCase one which a few people mentioned earlier on isn't available for us UK folks :(

Any other suggestions would be great!
