Times are slipping. Mine says early December. Hoping that's Apple being conservative.

I’m almost certainly getting 16 MBP, which marks the completion of my return to Apple having switched from Android this year for phone and last year to iPad. The Apple silicon is just amazing, sipping battery while delivering big power. Hoping for great GPU power on 16 inch.

Order is placed... tried to order the second the store came back online but it was so bogged down it took me a while to get it placed.

Ordered:
14" M1 Max 24 Core Space Grey
32gb Ram
2tb SSD

Delivery estimated Nov. 5-10
Florida

I ordered signed in but it says guest order but wont let me add it to my apple-ID because it says it is already linked. Strange how it wont show on my orders page.

edit: Now it says add to apple ID versus create one. Solved

Ordered and got October 26 on a 16" Max -- then cancelled the order because I was being indecisive. Realized I made a mistake almost immediately, and now my shipping is Nov 2-9 for the same thing.

Ugh..

Went ahead with 14” for spouse. She was in a need a new unit since having a 4 year old 13” MBP

14” M1 pro with 10 core upgrade (comes with upgrade to 95W power supply as well)
16GB RAM, 512GB SSD, so base only with the 10 core upgrade.

Since we don’t have any details yet on ANY performance, I figured this was a probably likely upgrade.

As usual, it’s getting pretty crazy how much one can spec these things out to and how much $$ they can rack up to. I get it, there are SOME people who need 32GB RAM and 64GB GPU whatever and 4TB local storage, etc (although with TB4 ports, I mean one can get some pretty sweet EXTERNAL storage that would work fine if not better than a 2K$ SSD upgrade.

Delivers 11/1-11/3, about what I expected.

Just ordered 14” M1pro 32gb, 1TB in silver - currently the delivery date is 11/5-11/10. I bought this to replace the 13” I have been using since September of 2012. Yes, it’s over 9 years old. I can’t even imagine how different the new one will be.
