What size screen MacBook Pro (2021) did you order?

The decision comes down to if you want 32 gpu cores and 32gb ram, which is a lot unless you are doing work that is pushing that kind of hardware already.
Also, technology keeps improving and graphics keeps placing more demands on your computer. What seems like overkill now becomes more necessary down the road. My overkill MBP I bought in 2013 became a beachball fest in 2018 for how I used it, and I ended up giving it to my grandson. If you plan on keeping the laptop for a few years, I'm of the opinion of spending a little more if you can afford it. If you love Apple laptops yet plan on using it mainly as an entertainment device, I'd recommend the M1 Pro base model.

For my work purposes, even the base 14" is overkill but they were not going to have a lower tier option that replaces the 13" this soon.

Unfortunately, they are delayed till December mate.
The 16" 64gb models hit first week of Dec right after the store opened lol.

Argh I was too slow, also 64GB has longer wait time (Canada)?

MBP 16 Max, 64GB, 1TB, delivery Dec 1 - 9. Might even come on my birthday, happy birthday me?

Took a bit to get through with the website crashing, but got there in the end.

Which one are you going to keep?
Not sure yet, because I think I would be happy with both sizes. I have to travel for school, so for that the 14" would be amazing. On the other hand, I will probably use it for many hours each day, so the bigger screen and extra battery life of the 16" would be nice. Also, movies will be much nicer on the 16", so I think I will keep the 16", but I really have to see them in person.
