This is the best Apple parody in a long time, in my opinion! Very well done! I especially liked all the random errors that were in the email to his friend. :D

I wonder if the Beijing Evening News will reprint this as fact like they did when the Onion ran a story about the US Congress threatening to leave Washington unless a new Capitol was built...including the Capitol being fitted with a retractable dome. "If we want to stay competitive, we need to upgrade."

The best thing was the Chinese paper's response...

Yu Bin, the editor in charge of international news...adamantly ruled out a correction and grew slightly obstreperous when pressed to comment on the article's lack of truth.

"How do you know whether or not we checked the source before we published the story?" Yu demanded in a phone interview. "How can you prove it's not correct?"

I got windows in my house
I mean...
I got one wheel on my book
I mean...
I got one of the macbook wheels!
( It takes a while to get used to typing on this thing )

The aardvark admitted it was wrong.
nevermind. :) :)

Best part is the shortcut for searching displaying the hard drive contents. Pressing the two opposite sides of an apple click wheel at the same time is impossible lol!

Completely ripped off a sketch from Peter Serafinowicz. For shame The Onion.

They're both making fun of the same things about Apple, but they've done them in different ways.

Or do you think once someone has made a joke about a subject, that subject is off limits forever?

If so, Serafinowicz is stepping on "Saturday Night Live" since they made up the 'iPod Micro' a good 2 years before Serafinowicz made his video. Does that make Peter wrong? Of course not.

Honestly, this wouldn't surprise me. If Ive decides that it looks better then a keyboard Jobs will say okay. Apple has decided that looks are more important then brains.

Can't we emulate the Macbook Wheel on our new multitouch mousepads?

C'mon, someone out there must have the kexts from a development Macbook Wheel, or a developer version of the OS that we can hack around with!
:D
