I don't know about other countries, but instead of a video everyone in Canada sees a black box with the following:

So I really have no idea how it is available in the UK, since their FAQ entry also says US only, maybe it is mis-guessing an IP, or maybe there is a deal they haven't updated their messages for yet.

But I agree -- if there is an internationally available source for the video, that would be infinitely preferable to link to instead of one that annoys users every time they look at the page.
