Rolled it back to 10.14.4 and retained graphics acceleration (transparency).

Anyone able to accomplish graphics acceleration on 10.14.5? If so can you please let me know the steps? I may have missed something from my original steps listed on my original post. Thanks.
macOS Mojave in my iMac 2008 is all ok, but the wifi is dead, any other form for activate the wifi?
Thanks!
Hello,
I have a Mac 8,1.
I install the patches but I cant boot from a APFS Non SSD Hard drive. If I pick iMac 7,1 I can choose APFS Patch and it will boot but then I get the black EFI window.
Thanks.
I installed, after reboot nothing happens isight still not working. here is my isight specifications. if someone can help me I appreciate. thanksConfirmed. @guzmansantana, just reboot your mac and you should see the iSight and Siri patches available.
Kudos to @dosdude1 and many other contributors who get our old macs updated.
Re-run the patches for graphics (either with the 1.3.0 version of the patch installer from dosdude1 or with his patch updater tool and the option to re-install all patches).I updated iMac in Mojave 10.4.4. Now the graphics are very very very slow.
Suggestions?
Thank you.

I can confirm that 10.14.5b1 needs more than the latest 10.14.4accel patch from @dosdude1.
Tried the (now familiar) routine to get acceleration running on my HD3000 GPU (macbook air 4,1), to no avail.
From the screen outputs it seems the window server crashes again (other tasks boot further, but you do not reach the finder/login).
I noticed that in /PrivateFrameworks/ there is a new/updated "HIDDisplays.framework". What puzzles me is that I do not have this on my 10.14.4 machines (framework not there), but in the 10.14.5b1 update some of the files in that bundle have older creation dates that match the installation time of the previous 10.14.4 (final).
Can others confirm existence or absence of this framework on both macOS versions? Thanks!

Since updating to 10.14.4 on my Mac Pro 3,1 a number of applications that used to work under 10.14.3 now no longer function.
The most important is Messages, which refuses to login to my iCloud Account.
Anyone know how to track down why?

I'll try both ways - I'll copy my drive and install 10.14.3 over the copy - then I'll try a fresh install with a migrate. No problems here on a Mac Pro 3.1. But this time I did a full installation (not clean, just no update via System Preferences). Maybe you could try it again, if not already done this way.
What apple support suggests in this case is to log out of all your devices iCloud accounts, reset parameters in NVRAM and log in again on the MP 3,1Since updating to 10.14.4 on my Mac Pro 3,1 a number of applications that used to work under 10.14.3 now no longer function.

I assume the patch updater prompted you for them? I don’t operate the patch updated and our tools work differently. The patches are there but not in the way the patch updater expects. I have a tool to unpatch your system from dosdude1’s patches before applying my patches. I don’t recommend you run both at once.Just installed a pair of new 8GB RAM on MacBook 5,1. Mojave is now running smoothly.

But only one thing, @0403979, your macOS patcher seems to be NOT contain the USBOHCI patch and Software Update patch(?)
No joy installing 10.14.4 on the cMP 3,1. Did the same thing as 10.14.3 (which worked fine) but this time I get a boot loop after the caches have been rebuilt by the new patcher. Both graphics cards are installed (8800GT and GT710), one monitor on each. I don't care about backups, just fresh install on apfs ssd. Are there any extra steps I should take this time?
It is a fresh install on an erased ssd that has been apfs formatted. There was no issue with anything breaking anything else with 10.14.3 why now? I need the 8800GT to see the initial screens because the (Kepler) GT710 shows no efi screens. It appears that something is different now, what though? Is this a Software Update to 10.14.4 or an installation with the patched full installer? Also, mixing a Metal-compatible and non-Metal-compatible graphic card is problematic the legacy video patches for the latter will break the former.

Updated mp3.1 using OTA and again using full installer with usb. Both methods worked fine and I also let the patcher do its thing. Out of interest I tried again, this time not patching LegacyUSBInjector, and USBOHCI. All went well until I tried my isight. I use a LED Cinema Display that connects via usb and had used the isight patch. Installing the USBOHCI patch brought it back to life. So in my case I need this patch. Leaving LegacyUSBInjector unpatched for now to see what happens. All appears fine for now.No issues with the stock patch set here on a MacPro 3,1 with a Logitech C310 plugged into the back of a HD Cinema Display. The Patch Updater did its thing and automatically detected that the Legacy iSight/Webcam patch was required.
The issue is that after the patcher has completed rebuilding the caches, the system goes into boot loop. I don't tick the "legacy video patch" just like before. With the previous version (10.14.3), after the patcher had completed, I powered down the cMP, removed the 8800GT and everything worked with the Metal supported GT710 (GK208-Kepler). This time it's a boot loop. Tried powering down and removing the 8800GT but still get a boot loop with a black screen (obviously because the GT710 has no mac efi support).Well, what' s issue exactly? Blackscreen with signal, or you got console logs on login screen but never reach Desktop?
