This sounds obvious, but have you tried waiting for a while? Mine took a solid 5 minutes to load the country select thingy.Hey!!! Boots to a black screen but mouse pointer is there, even get bigger when moved.
Put my Mojave SSD back on my mini and activated auto login, returned it to my MP3,1. Still the same mouse pointer on the screen. Connected another monitor on the HDMI output and I can move the pointer from one to the other - but no CMD-Option-ESC.This sounds obvious, but have you tried waiting for a while? Also, does pressing Command+Alt+ESC bring up the force-quit dialog? This might give a hint of how far it's gotten.
@ASentientBot If I follow your installation tutorial using the package and then replace the UserEventPlugins KEXTS it will boot or do I need to do something else?
I believe that's all, as I already replied on page 68@ASentientBot If I follow your installation tutorial using the package and then replace the UserEventPlugins KEXTS it will boot or do I need to do something else?
Weird, honestly no clue and I can't do any troubleshooting since I don't have that computer at hand. Perhaps using a simple script to track the output of dmesg will find something. Remote Desktop can't find my MP3,1 either.

Going to call it a night, it's almost 4 AM. Good luck all!
I did so but I got to the prohibitory sign.
Did you edit com.apple.Boot.plist as instructed?
You will need to edit PlatformSupport.plist, or copy ElCapitan one, to boot on safe mode.No. I entered sudo nvram boot-args=« no_compat_check »

No. I entered sudo nvram boot-args=« no_compat_check »
Try the com.apple.Boot.plist edit as detailed here.
Though sudo nvram "boot-args=-no_compat_check", exactly as shown here, should work too.
Still doesn’t work. I’m going to try installing from a supported Mac.Oh boot-args should also be in quotes?
How exactly did you get this working?
Cloned my Mac mini 2012 Mojave DP3 on a HFS+ SSD with CCC, copied /Sysytem/Library/UserEventPlugins folder from 10.13.5, copied PlatformSupport.plist from ElCapitan (easier than add my id), added boot-args="-v -no_compat_check". Booted on SingleUserMode.
Can you please elaborate on whether outputting the video signal through DVI gets you hardware acceleration in SL on a Radeon 7xxx? If so, can you specify the brand and model of the DVI to Display Port converter you used?Side note: I did get Snow Leopard to work with 4k native res with my AMD Radeon 7xxx series video card without any true drivers. I used the DVI to Display port converter as it would only use DVI without a driver on my 4k display. Just using the generic ATISupport.kext that SL loads and whatever VGA driver it uses. I know drivers did not come out for it til Mtn Lion and I was unable to get any of those drivers to load on SL.
Keep shift pressed after you select your disk on the boot screen. What do you mean by booted on SingleUserMode?

Yeah, my bad. SingleUserMode is Command-S.That’s called safe mode and it is not recommend for normal use as only system-required applications can be used. Could you try booting regularly and let me know how that goes?

Rebooted and now works even without SafeMode. Acceleration works beautifully. No Wi-Fi/no audio.
