Very sorry to read this. If you had location enabled maybe you can see where they are and notify police of location?
Hope insurance will work and that you had backups. Be safe, be well.
All the fences around know not to buy stolen Macs, because of encryption and security of Apple products. They look for those who don't know much about Macs. Otherwise they go to the strippers who dismantle them for parts. Not sure how that will work for the 2020 M1. I locked the laptops as soon as they were gone. But they haven't gone online since. There's hope that I will be compensated for the laptops. Thanks guys

MBP11,1 will serve for longer!
Battery capacity quickliy deteriorated in the last days. When looking into the MBP, the battery was inflated a bit. But the rest of the machine is in very good state... so replaced the battery today (cost 62 Swiss francs) instead of going for a new machine as originally planned. The old battery lived for 530 cycles in 11 years. Not bad.

The 2013 hardware and OCLP are still an excellent couple. Thanks developers!

iPhone calls only appear on the Sequoia to be answered with the Mac awake. Previously on the Ventura running natively on the MBP 2017, the touch bar gave the option to answer or decline them with the device in sleep mode. Was there a change in continuity mode on the Sequoia, or is this a behavior due to the use of OCLP on Macs with T1 chip?
