Oh that was hilarious! I think we need that! I think a bunch of MR members should get together sometime and do a Jaws re-enactment.

Actually, I think MR members should get together, period. A little February in Chicago thing, anyone?
 
OK, I'm breaking down, selling my soul...erm...face too the devil...erm...MacRumors. :p

This is before I had my overgrown 70s style hair trimmed, so I added the aviators for effect. :D

Yeah! I made it myself. One night, when I was watching desperate housewives (on TV, not through iTunes... $1.99 is too much for me!), I cut out a bunch of "scales" and since it's felt, there was enough friction to hold them in place as I sewed them on.
I got a can of pearls (OMG CLASSY) from the fabric store and made a handle (which promptly broke, but I fixed it with some fishing line and tape.. again, I'm classy)

then, I put in a $1 zipper from walmart and BAM! Fish purse'd!

I think I'll make a more durable one. It's kind of interesting.. like a soft sculpture purse.
but fish FREAK ME OUT.
and birds
and snakes
and tadpoles (but not frogs)
and slugs and snails and crabs... and lobsters, hermit crabs, and starfish.. most sea life, actually

I'm freaked out by too much stuff. :(

Hmm... you know... I think our options should be as follows: Chicago, Chicago, Chicago, Milwaukee, Madison, Minneapolis, London Wisconsin, or London, Ontario.

Or, we could have multiple get-togethers across the country in different locations for those that cant travel 1250 miles

I vote GR, MI :p, since there are so many MR members here :rolleyes:

I could swing Chicago alright, but much else would be asking a lot. MR should go on a tour across the nation, hitting all of the cities members live in, that's my vote :D
