Here I am! Maybe I will post more later...just snapped this one real fast with PhotoBooth.

Edit: The second and third pics were taken in Ios, Greece this past summer (2005). I traveled throughout Europe with one of my friends.

The last one was two summers ago in Chicago when I went to see Madonna on her world tour.

Shows a variety of my ever changing looks :)

Nice pics. :) The one of Ios brings back some great memories for me - I simply loved the Greek Islands, especially Santorini and Crete. Actually, I found the Islands to be much better than mainland Greece itself - I found Athens to be extremely filthy.

Where all in Europe did you travel? Having traveled through Europe myself, I'm just curious to hear your impressions. Personally, I found Central and Eastern Europe to be nicer than Western Europe - places like Prague, Czesky Krumlov, Krakow, Budapest, Warsaw, Vienna - simply amazing. And such rich, fascinating history as well. Although I liked Western Europe as well, don't get me wrong, I guess I just found it to be a lot more touristy and commercialized. Plus, everyone always seems to go there, and I always like to take the road less-traveled, get away from the tourist traps and "think different".

Thanks for the reply. Ios was the only island we went to in Greece, but when I go back I definitely want to go to more of the islands. For historical purposes, I liked Athens more because of the ruins that I visited. For relaxation, baking in the sun and partying, the islands are much better :)

I traveled to London, Paris, Amsterdam, Berlin, Vienna, Athens, Ios, Patras (Greece), Naples, Venice, Florence, Rome and Vatican City.

It was a great trip, and can't wait to go back to Europe. I am currently exploring the possibilities of living in London for a while.

I agree about the partying. The thing with the whole "history" that is in Athens though, is that everywhere you see, "This is a replica/reconstruction. The original is located at the British Museum". On my last visit to London I saw more Greek history there than I did in Greece! They have more of the original Acropolis in the British Museum than they do in Athens itself! :D

I am not fond of the high cost of living, pollution and weather of London, but it would be an interesting city to experience living in. Definitely not my favorite world capital, I wouldn't put it in the same books as New York, Singapore, Sydney and a few others, but cool nonetheless.

Here's one I took testing out my new toy.

Note to self: Self potraits w/ f1.4 and manual focus....not so easy. heh :p

Nice shot, I think that actually turned out quite well due to the difficulty of the shot, as you mentioned. :)

Goodbye Anonymity

I'll jump on the bandwagon here. Kiss my anonymity goodbye. :D

Perhaps the better question should have been, "How many takes was that shot?" ;) :)

Animation time!

This is just me being stupid in front of my new iMac. Some people have told me it's creepy and that I look like Super Mario...but, oh well. :p

Try not to get too freaked out, haha :D

OK guys! Here's me, scem0 and zimv20 at Jin Ju here in Chicago! scem0's been here almost a week and we're having a great time. This is the first pic.

Here's the next:

Grrr!

I am still mad that I couldn't make it down to that. Work and car, both put up road blocks to prevent this trip..

Any chance of a summer GTG in Chicago land when it is nice and warm? And no cold doesn't bother me as I live in Minnesota. ;)

Glad you all still got together, and had a great time!
