I do something called a break dance, not because I know how to do the actual dance, but because I fall and hurt myself a lot when I dance.

I should start using that. I brush my teeth at least twice a day with whitening toothpaste and I use mouthwash once a day, but I drink so much tea that it's hard to keep my teeth white. Tea stains ones teeth, one of the very very few negative side effects.

Kinda sorta. It's a mouthwash that you use before brushing. Then you brush. Since the mouthwash you probably used is Listerine, the same good ole' mouthwash you've been using works just like that. Only difference is you use it before brushing.
