Spring cleaning

I usually announce when the MacRumors Members Photo Directory grows to a new, larger round-numbered size, but today I have a reverse announcement.

The Directory has been reduced by 9 members and 23 photo links because volunteer njmac reviewed the Directory and identified the out-of-date links, where the original poster had removed the photo being referenced.

The Directory totals are back down to 491 members and 1337 photo links. Once again we get to smirk at the number 1337.

Your use of the Directory should now be more relaxing and enjoyable and no longer fraught with the peril of following a bad link.

Thanks, njmac!

Kinda sorta. It's a mouthwash that you use before brushing. Then you brush. Since the mouthwash you probably used is Listerine, the same good ole' mouthwash you've been using works just like that. Only difference is you use it before brushing.

When I first saw that, I was like  WTF? Pina Colada Listerine?!?!

Then I read closer....

It may be a flavour they're considering. They've certainly changed their ways.

They range from $30-$80

That one was $40

$80 on a shirt?! I hope those ones are handmade or have the most awesome fit they make you look like a Greek god or something like that.... Sheesh... I guess I'm just a cheap-o when it comes to clothes....

Note: Always buy things on sale. There is too much of a markup on clothing.

I'm kinda big, so you think they would have like kinda large sizes, becuase i could probebly fit in like a meduim, but I would want it to be lose, and now show my flab. Do they make them that size (i''''m not talking like xxxxxxxxxxL) but those companies seem to make things supersmall.

What companys do you recomend for polos? I only have 3, and there from footlocker, and I wanna get come nice ones.

Thanks.

Yep, they have have L and XL some run a little smaller though.

RL POLO and Lacoste are my 2 favorite brands for polos.

edit: even though I dont have any I've heard that Nautica makes good quality polos, I just personally dont like the style as much.

Hahah. I can't manage to place an image. Give me a sec and it'll be up.

It's me last year! How old do I look by the way?

New pic...

Okay, got a recent one with my daughter in her cute little pig-tails... Daycare put her in pigtails, and they were so cute, we had to get pictures.

Sorry about my goofy expression, my wife caught me moments before sneezing.

<snip>

I own one polo. It is The Only Polo In The Enitre World that looks good on me. I wear medium and larges of most things, and I am not fat, I am just tall and for some reason most polos do not look good on me at all. Lacoste makes me look like a 50 year old golfer (no offense to 50 year old golfers...you look fine, but I am 16 and play hockey, I don't want to look like you).

If you spend $80 on a shirt, what do you spend on pants? I generally spend >$50 on shirts and around $100 on jeans (7s and True Religions are my favorite...Nordstrom Rack and the Half Yearly sale are my friends).

And I can't imagine fans of a computer company spending hours a day talking about computers far more expensive than a pair of jeans  :D

Do you wear polos daily?

I have to admit that I only own one or two polos... First of all, they're way overpriced, and second of all, most of them look the same. I went to the mall the other day and only saw maybe 3 or 4 polos that I would wear. All were Ralph Lauren, and they had a pretty unique rock star look to them. I'm mostly a tshirt kind of guy, but if I was goint to buy polos I'd start with ones that look like this. It breaks the mold as far as polos go...

Another thing that makes me dislike polos is that they are all sized too large. I have to get an extra small to get the kind of fit that I want... ideally the shirt would barely go below my belt and be pretty form fitting. I haven't been able to find that in polos that weren't from Abercrombie, Hollister, or American Eagle... and I refuse to shop at Abercrombie and Hollister. I'm just not much into the polo game.

edit: and while I'm randing about clothes, WTF is with no stores carrying suits in 36 short... its so frustrating
