The same here. It is definitely coming on Monday. The only problem now is to make sure to be home when UPS comes.
Confirmation April 16th, 11:38pm PST. Processing. Live in California. Arrives by April 27th to May 4th
Anyone think I should just order at Best Buy? They’re saying the 24th. Or will Apple pull thru before the 24th with a 27th to Mag 4th date ?

My experience with Apple is unless the product is way more popular than anticipated, you can expect the first and second waves to go out at the same time, and the third wave to go out on the quote of the second wave... So 1 and 2 would probably luck out for April 20th, and us in the 3rd wave (24-4) would probably get it no later than Friday.

I think Apple usually dispatch their items a day before when they are due to arrive in the UK. They must have all the products in a warehouse in the UK and as the UK is pretty small they just dispatch a day before. Hopefully we will get some tracking tomorrow late afternoon if it’s due on the 20th.
So UK (Yorkshire) here, ordered Magic Keyboard + Apple Pencil + iPad Pro at the same time within 2 hours of when magic keyboard was released (Wednesday night).
Apple Pencil - dispatched Thursday, arrived Friday
iPad - dispatched Friday, arriving today

Sort of interestingly, the iPad was a 21-24th delivery for me, but its likely coming today... (DPD notification). Makes me think they are purposely holding the Magic Keyboard until Monday at least.

I did the same but ticked the arrive as single package option, probably a bad idea! Also got pencil engraved so will probably slow things down 🤦🏼♂️
Oh I didn’t even see that as an option! If it makes you feel any better, I would have definitely done the same and bundled them together if I had the option. Saves packaging and waste.
Out of interest - what model / storage is the iPad ? My iPad order also had a later date delivery than the Magic Keyboard.
I’m in UK and mine is PFD from past orders I usually see it move the day before so I’m guessing tomorrow night.

Damn why couldn’t apple have added function keys to numbers by pressing short cut of like the globe button and number key
This looks thicker than any laptop out there on the market. I hope it won't make the iPad bulky.
Don't forget he's got a case on the iPad too. But this will be pretty thick - remember there's a lot more going on in the base part of a laptop, but the base part of the iPad case still needs to be pretty thick for the key travel and stability.
Well, it looks thick with the regular Keyboard Folio as well and I am assuming because of the iPad's protector.
Either way to me this is a portable Docking station. I would not count on it for every day carrying left and right - but that's just me personally.
I’m tempted to use it as daily driver but when I want to travel quickly or moved around a lot ill just transfer it to my normal folio keyboard case - then I haven’t wasted money on this case.
Maybe keep the magic one for when I’m more settled on sofa/table or traveling longer.
I am just thinking, what are we really trying to do here? Reverse engineer a laptop? Don't get me wrong, I love my iPad, but I also love my Macs. I will definitely try this new computing paradigm, but I still have my doubts that this is the correct way to go in the future.
