Can’t believe my 12.9” still hasn’t shipped, don’t think I’ve even been so impatient for something to ship 😂

May be the problem is stock for the 11inch version? They are behind in shipping this as there have been more orders than expected 🤷🏻‍♂️

This will probably be the first Apple launch I've done where the product doesn't arrive by the first date in their date range. A little disappointed. Not to say there's not still time for Apple to work its magic, but at this point, I'm expecting closer to the May 1 date than the April 24... depends on if I see movement at all in the coming week.

I'm still hopefully of an April 24th date....if I don't see movement by Wednesday then yeah you maybe right....it seems they do have stock here in the US and it could be the plague making it harder to move items from their warehouses
 
I didn't order until 6:15pm as that was when I realised it was available to buy. UK English keyboards at that time were on a shorter lead time, but as a programmer I don't like the UK layout and prefer the US layout.

I ordered my 12.9” at 16:16 the day they were made available to purchase. 20-22 estimated delivery. Still at preparing for dispatch.

Out of interest, if I ordered at 16:16, how far off was I when they went live to purchase?

I *think* it was 8am PST, which means 16:00 GMT....

I ordered at 4:11 and that was with my refreshing constantly and checking on the Apple store app and website, and I’m also preparing to ship

Just got shipping notification in UK. DPD will be delivering. Ordered on 15th April at 5.15pm

The 11-inch has now shipped but is going by DPD.

So they'll arrive separately. 😂
 
How do you guys know who’s delivering yours? Mine doesn’t say anything :/ just shipped.
 
Just got a dispatch email, looks like they are doing a second wave right now. Delivers 21/04! The tracking link is DPD although it is dead at the moment.

Anyone have any luck or experience with Apple shipping stuff early? I literally ordered a couple hours late and got the 04/05 - 11/05 wave :(
