Magic Keyboard for iPad Pro Order Status

With how Amazon is prioritizing their shipments because of CV, I would look into ordering elsewhere as it would probably be faster.
Got mine around 2 hours ago but only just got around to using it (darn actual work getting in the way...).
I found an interesting little “feature” when you open up the device the screen actually only wakes when you start the second hinge process. Different from ASK and I think most cases that wake relatively soon from the cover and screen being revealed.
I imagine they are using the magnetic sensors near the base of the iPad to sense the separation from the back cover.
Thought it was a bit of an interesting detail they’ve added.

My 11” arrived at 12:15 from DHL just when I was in a position not to answer the door. Luckily he took ages to get it out of the van.
I am / was a big fan of the typing experience on the keyboard folio, but I didn‘t like the angles and it looked odd. Enjoying this so far. The touchpad for me is small and I keep hitting the top limit but I’m used to the apple trackpad 2 but it didn’t really integrate well with the folio. So far I love it. I’ve put away the keyboard folio and left out of my standard folio for when I want a little protection.
Lap typing works well in my limited testing. Will try it again later. I wonder what the cost to produce these were?

Just a heads up, VZW.com has them for 2 day shipping for free, delivered by this Thursday, and you don't even have to be a Verizon customer.
I went ahead and found on BestBuy for free next day delivery. Cancelled Amazon order.
Understand the CV prioritization, but this is the first order that didn't even show an estimated delivery window.
I’m seriously wondering if I should cancel my Apple order and order through Best Buy or Verizon. I can’t find anything on My Choice or FedEx and still Preparing to Ship
I was thinking of doing the same, I ordered it 10 minutes max after it launched and it still hasn't shipped though I'm in Canada so that might be part of the reason, though I don't think you can cancel Apple orders when they're preparing to ship.
Yeah I’m PTS. I’m on the East Coast. Dang. Guess I’m just waiting and going to remain hopefully optimistic that it just arrives without tracking today or tomorrow. People have gotten Apple products without tracking appearing before right?
What are you so desperate to do right now that you would consider buying the keyboard from another store when your order is already preparing for shipping?
I have actually when they have a lot of orders I don't think they scan every item for each scan destination....
That makes me feel better about the situation. Maybe it'll come with my Amazon order. Has anyone had to sign for theirs?

Thank you for the heads up! I just canceled my 11" order from the Apple Store and ordered from Verizon. My ETA was 4/29-5/6 from Apple, my new Verizon date is 4/22!
Mine too! I ordered the 11 around 415 pm ET on Wednesday.... it just changed to PTS

If they are in the US already tomorrow or Wednesday....I tried to track by reference and nothing is showing up. I also have UPS My Choice and it's not showing up there either.....yet. I hope it will update later today....I think PTS means they have charged your card and my guess would be the next step is printing the label and I think at that point it will show up in the app.
I just checked my tracking info on ups choice and mine is showing scheduled delivery tomorrow (4/22). My gut tells me that’s wrong and it will arrive Wednesday but we’ll see.

I had actually originally ordered an ipad air and was like wait what am I doing, canceled and ordered the iPad Pro 11", then the next day ordered the magic keyboard lol. My iPad is "preparing to ship" with a date of 4/24-4/28. So I'll be in the same boat as you lol. Keyboard should be here 4/22.

What the heck? I originally tried to checkout last night. 11.95 for next day. Then when I went to go buy it, it said 5.95.. I'm like wow that's cheap. Now it's free next day? I want my whole 6 dollars back! LOL
