Magic Keyboard for iPad Pro Order Status

Apple still says PTS but UPS says delivery today but doesn’t show anything other than package is ready for UPS since Monday night.... I was really hoping to get an Apple shipping notice overnight but no dice 🙁 so I have no idea if it will come today.

Mine has been waiting UPS pickup since the 20th, no update on tracking but says today. Doubting it but I’ve also seen their tracking not update at all before until something delivers so who knows.

Got mine on Best Buy, and I'm kinda in the same boat. :/ I do see a tracking but it's coming with Ontrac, and no updates. Has to be received by a location 3 hours away, then has to be driven down here. It's already 4am. No way in hell it's coming today, but miracles do happen with shipping.
 
Just got mine in! It’s pretty much exactly what I expected, so I’m pretty happy. If anybody is curious how thin it is compared to the Logitech Slim Folio Pro, here’s a comparison:

Looks like mine moved to Shipping last night. Expected to deliver on 4/23. Looking forward to comparing to the Smart Keyboard Folio. Not sure for my use case it will be worth the $'s and the extra weight. But I am looking forward to a real keyboard experience with the iPad along with built in track pad. Cheers all.

I seem to be in temporarily limbo like others here. Original window 4/24-5/1. Ordered at 1pm on announce day. Monday night went to PTS and showed up on UPS Choice. Still there this morning, shows as PTS on Apple and “Order processed: Ready for UPS” on UPS My Choice with delivery today (which remains unlikely).

Same situation here. Apple’s shipping notice indicates a 4/23 delivery so maybe that’s when it’ll arrive but at this point, there should have been some movement even if it were to arrive on 4/23 so maybe it’s just that the tracking hasn’t been updated.

I'm in the same boat. Glad it wan't just me.

I'll add in my scenario:
  • Ordered April 15th
  • Received "Your shipment is on its way" on April 21.
  • UPS shows no info apart from "Label Created/Shipment Ready for UPS" on 4/20 at 6:04 PM" - does not show delivery date
  • Apple website shows delivery date of April 23.

I'm opposite of you
  1. Ordered on April 15th 4 pm ET (EST Delivery from Apple 4/24-5/1)
  2. Went to PTS on Monday around 3:40 pm ET
  3. Showed up in UPS Monday night with Estimated Delivery April 22 at 6:49 PM
  4. Still no email or change in status from PTS from Apple....(and my delivery dates haven't changed)
  5. and UPS just shows package ready for UPS but they haven't changed their Estimated Delivery of today but normally I get a text and an email once they have a package and none of that has happened 🙁

Let me clarify. I haven’t received a shipping notice from Apple. I have preparing to ship from Apple and the visible UPS My Choice. Still waiting for either to actually say it’s shipped. Still showing an estimated arrival date of 4/23 on UPS and the 4/24-5/1 on Apple.

Same here expect UPS said I should get it today with "estimated delivery"...

Same issue.. I called Apple yesterday because I was curious if it had actually shipped yet.. The advisor said "Oh wow! You have tracking info already? Well.. you know more than I do because it doesn't even tell me what carrier has it yet on my end."

Waited on hold 20-30 minutes for that answer. Here's to hoping UPS is just behind and it will show up today as the UPS status says it will!

Checked my email, UPS, and FedEx to no avail. Starting to worry there’s a problem with my order. Ordered 4/15 at 4pm with a 4/24-5/1 window. Went PTS Monday after 3.

Apple customer care with it’s contradicting info. Someone posted this on the group yesterday and I wonder what it is about:

Guys, it’s coming tomorrow. I spoke with Apple customer service yesterday, and they told me that UPS tends to be a little ahead in getting tracking info in. So if your UPS MyChoice shows a delivery of Wednesday, that’s what it’s going to be. You won’t have to wait until Friday!

Same here. No movement from PFS and nothing in UPS or FedEx. Reallyu strange that newer shipping windows are getting theirs shipped while older shipping windows are stuck in Apple or UPS/FedEx limbo...
 
Just an FYI BestBuy has them and delivery by this friday, at least in my area. I ordered yesterday at around 6PM, it already shipped and will be here tommorrow.

Well at least UPS reached out to you ....I have nothing. I've had this happen before (not with Apple specifically) and they update it once they actually have the package in hand with a new reschedule date.....if the hour for delivery goes past today and they don't have it they will just have it marked as an exception. I've had that happen when packages were lost or if inclement weather was an issue. So far nada....just shows today but it doesn't look like they have the actual package.
