You are not alone. Myself and several others are dealing with the same thing. Certainly strange given so many in that range shipped and even those with later dates but we've still got time before the miss the promised delivery window.
I ordered from Best Buy April 21 it was shipped UPS April 22 received by post office April 23 And delivered standard mail by April 24. It was shipped free shipping method by Bestbuy. It’s shipping origin was New York To Boston. I am super happy with the keyboard and it lets me use my iPad like a laptop on my chest while laying on my back.
Just got my ”April 24-May1” order delivered - I really expected it to come next week as Apple never deliver near the first part of the estimate, in my experience at least

- The stability on my lap is fantastic!
- The keyboard is superb to use.
- The angle is just fine (this was a major concern after reading some early comments)
- The weight is an non issue as disconnecting the iPad and using it for browsing/reading is so easy even though the magnets are very strong. After using the horribly heavy Brydge keyboard I may be biased.
The UPS delivery that was to arrive on Wednesday was an error customer service said. It was cancelled. I then ordered from Best Buy for 4/24 delivery date. I didn't initially order from them given they might not have the stock that Apple has. I had $110.00 in rewards certificates and a $75.00 gift card to use but it would not work at that time to buy it. Apple finally gave me a Fedex tracking number Thursday afternoon with no movement as of today. Best Buy is out for delivery now. My rewards certificates and gift card went through on Wednesday and was able to get it for $164.00. Sending my keyboard back when it arrived from Apple as I couldn't cancel it. As would say that the pandemic has added to the confusion, but I have had messy launches with Apple before. Space Black Apple Watch first genaration. Space Black iPhone 7 Plus. Space Grey iPhone X. Always shipping screwups for anything with "Space" in the name...

FedEx is still out for delivery... UPS came with my iPhone but not my keyboard. Oh well. Gonna set up my repaired 11 Pro Max and continue waiting until my Best Buy order arrives.
Just opened mine. I have to say that the comments on how heavy this combo is are overblown IMO. I find the weight to be comfortable and a non issue. The typing experience is fantastic. I LOVE the trackpad. I was using a Magic Trackpad 2 when iOS 13 added the integrated support: it’s great but not the best for mobility (didn’t like carrying the trackpad around). The built in trackpad is smooth, and it functions flawlessly. I wish it were larger, but the form factor has its limits. I love how easy it is to pop the iPad on and off. Very happy with this product.
Mine is literally exact same date/time stamp. Its almost like the labels were printed, but they don't have the stock to fulfill. I did hear from a few people that there have been significant holdups with manufacturing clearing Chinese customs. I also ordered a 2020 MacBook Air this week (i5/16GB/512GB), and was given a Mid-May (5/11-15) delivery date. This would fall in-line with the customs issue too.
Just got mine delivered. I am very happy with it. I do miss the function keys, but I will get used to it. Well worth the money.
I’m in the same boat for my Magic Keyboard (label created 4/20 but no movement—stuck in Lebanon, TN). I also decided to go whole-hog on the 12.9 and am trading in my 2018 256 Wifi model for a 2020, 1TB, WiFi and cellular edition. Interestingly enough, it looks like the iPad will get here on Monday, and will likely beat the keyboard.
On a side note, how much did you get for trading in your 2018 256 Wifi Model iPad? Was considering doing the same.

I think it was $480, which is not a lot. But with everything that is going on right now, I didn’t feel like dealing with the hassle of selling on FB Marketplace or craigslist.
I’ve been on here day and night looking for support. It’s the only thing that keeps me calm. I’m in Corona NYC...😬

Mine has arrived! Absolutely love it so far. I agree with earlier comments that the weight complaints are super overblown. This thing feels great. Additionally, I think the material on the MKB is actually slightly smoother, less grippy and prone to grime than the SKF. Hope you all receive yours soon and love them as I do!

I think the reviewers who harp about weight might think that weight is the basis on which someone what might make a choice (people who commute on a bicycle or have to schlep a backpack a long way). But really I think it’s about whether I prefer or need to work on an iOS device or a MacOS device—my workflow. And the difference of a few grams is not going to make or break my decision.
So..... does FedEx automatically update the status of every package as they depart and leave or are there updates pushed in waves? My Magic Keyboard is supposed to come by the end of the day today, but says it arrived in Chandler, AZ last night and there have been no updates after that. It needs to come down to Tucson, so if it was really coming today it has to have left Chandler by now.
It has finally arrived! UPS had a late delivery but it is finally here. It is worth the wait!
