I was contemplating the same thing prior to today (kept checking Best Buy). I wouldn't at all be surprised to see yours ship in the next 24-hours. Mine shipped this afternoon and arrives Monday, so 2-3 business days in transit.

I was contemplating the same thing prior to today (kept checking Best Buy). I wouldn't at all be surprised to see yours ship in the next 24-hours. Mine shipped this afternoon and arrives Monday, so 2-3 business days in transit.
I had second thoughts about ordering the 12.9” MK for my 12.9” 2018 as I had been considering that I might get an 11” next year. So I cancelled my order, but then I’ve regretted that and ordered again. Ok, I might have done that a couple of times. 
So now my delivery range is 18th May - 25th May. I initially had 5th May to 13th May, so I regret having cancelled my initial order now. But I needed to sort out which way I preferred to go.

Apple still hadn't charged my card nor began to ship. I messaged Apple and they said mine is still being manufactured. Best Buy has these in Open Box Excellent condition at this point, meaning they also have them in their warehouses and some brick & mortar stores right now, with a much better return policy and a faster advertised shipping date. Cancelled the Apple order. I saved $50 too by choosing Open Box Excellent and standard shipping, and it'll *still* arrive within the time that Apple advertised when I placed my order 13 days ago. If I would have ordered straight from Best Buy when they went on sale on their website instead of from Apple I'd probably already have it by now.
Update: in just a few hours, Best Buy has already shipped the order.

I ordered my AMK for the 12.9 iPP 2020 today (5/1), and it say arrives Tuesday 5/6 via Best Buy. Apple website show estimate shipping around the second/third week of May.
Well my 11” MKB showed up EOD yesterday - shipping only showed once it left Kentucky. First impressions are I like it. The silicon material as noted is tough, but will look like a** over time. I’m fine with that, like me will show its age 
. Typing is fantastic, yes it is a heavier package but that is fine. The trackpad works fine, because mechanical need to adjust to more than just a light tap - you have to move this one. I do wish you could fold the second bend back some more to get more angle range - its pretty limited and basically vertical oriented all the time - the lack of range adjustment did kind of surprise me. Not really an issue and will get used to it - glad I have it and will use the heck out of it. Will now try to use my IPad Pro as my primary device and if works pass the MacBook pro to my kids - who are already fighting over it. I pretty much use email, excel, PowerPoint and Word and those all seem to work well enough for me - and if I need full product use Citrix Workspace to get the full product + whatever other apps I do not have. Let‘s see how this goes.

When did you order and what date were you given? Mines due 21st May....
Ordered April 20th. It’s due 6 May - 14 May. Hoping it arrives this week before the bank holiday weekend.
Status update: will be deliver tomorrow 5/4... we'll see if it arrives or not lol.

My delivery is listed as arriving between May 4th and May 12th. It’s still at the processing stage, hopefully it will ship soon.
My orders for the 11” also. Still processing with arrival estimate of 6th May - 14th.
They took my payment earlier today so hopefully despatched tomorrow. Now showing as in stock in the UK....
Managed to order one off Amazon this evening for delivery on Wednesday. I’m in the UK. They were originally stating they were in stock on May 30 and then currently unavailable. Then one popped up. Maybe someone cancelled an order? Anyway, roll on Wednesday. I have the 12.9.
ordered on the 16th of April and had an estimate of 1-11 May. So realistically it has to ship Tuesday or Wednesday for that timeframe to be met.
