LazyRest days are just as important as workout days 🙂
I haven't had a "rest/lazy" in well over a year and I'm sometimes wondering whether taking it wouldn't be better for my body ...No chance. Rest days are for quitters!

My goal is to exercise twice a day. But I have had periods of time where I have to reduce the effort because my body gets a little sore (mainly my legs when I am running long distances) and so I have to cutback if I don't want the soreness to turn into something more serious.I haven't had a "rest/lazy" in well over a year and I'm sometimes wondering whether taking it wouldn't be better for my body ...
I'm on my spin bike every morning for ~ 1hr and then a few times per week on my mountain bike for ~ 2hrs. I skip the spin bike when I go man biking, my knees are holding up for the most part even though I have arthritis all over my body ...My goal is to exercise twice a day. And then if I get sick, I don't exercise any all - but I want to.
So yeah, I still want to get in my exercise every day. 🏃♀️
That is what I like about recumbent bicycles - they are lower impact than running.I'm on my spin bike every morning for ~ 1hr and then a few times per week on my mountain bike for ~ 2hrs. I don’t really run due to my knees, but have plenty of other ways to exercise. My goal is to exercise twice a day. Is man biking the exercise equivalent of mansplaining? 🤪I'm on my spin bike every morning for ~ 1hr and then a few times per week on my mountain bike for ~ 2hrs. I skip the spin bike when I go man biking, my knees are holding up for the most part even though I have arthritis all over my body ...
the damn spellchecker corrected "mtn" to "man"Is man biking the exercise equivalent of mansplaining? 🤪
I know, I know, probably the spelling / grammar checker did that or you were typing fast. I do the same thing, which is why I found this humorous.
Yeah, when I do a similar thing I wonder did I fat finger it or was I typing so fast I didn't check what I had written. Probably both in any cases.the damn spellchecker corrected "mtn" to "man"

Oh I will. 🏃♂️Go continue exercising and you will get “real” challenge in Apr 😎😜
I’m on 2022 of 2950.I'm over 2,000 exercise minutes out of 2,400 for the March challenge. I'm on track. Moderate and steady.
You have to let your body recover at least once a week. That’s a part of getting stronger. Otherwise you’ll just wear yourself down and your performance will suffer.I haven't had a "rest/lazy" in well over a year and I'm sometimes wondering whether taking it wouldn't be better for my body ...
Or if your sick. I’ve had a terrible night and pretty sure I’ll be closing no rings or continuing my move streak todayFinished this evening. Glad it 'only' asked for 20 days of Double Activity. Wish all Challenges allowed for a 'buffer' of a few days for weather etc..

Some times just exercising and letting your mind wander does wonders when you have troublesome things to deal with.I’ve been too overcome with grief this month so I kept my head down and just did my thing. I guess I overshot. So March completed.
