Really looking forward to :
In the trailer, there are some Asgardian like, looking scenes, so I wonder where they are… 🤔You and me both!!! I can't wait for it... There are lots of rumors surrounding this one too, which I hope are not true.

yeah same here. Dr Strange was disappointing!I don't think they have to try to hard to be better. I was so disappointed in Dr. Strange.
Indeed, Bale did a nice job just by looking at the trailer.Really looking forward to :
Probably will be watching the movie again with my wife this weekend. But with a title of "Multiverse of Madness", they should've established more variant characters and acknowledge the X-Men and other known Marvel characters in that universe where Illuminati were from. I thought that was a missed opportunity.yeah same here. Dr Strange was disappointing!
At this point, I really think the only way Mutants, F4, and other cosmic entities show up is through Secret Wars. Unless Feige's long game with the MCU is that the X-gene will originate in the 616 down the road.As per MoM, I really enjoyed it, while Wanda gets a fair bit of character growth, so does Stephen. The whole "Are you really happy?" thing was a parallel between Stephen and Wanda, and how they both needed to make amends with their respective loss.
Also, with the onward push towards Young Avengers, F4 and X-Men, they needed to start introducing more concepts to the non-comic knowledgable audiences.
I'm seriously expecting a Secret Wars [III] which will fuse comics and movie Earths-616.
All that said, I really enjoyed MoM, it really embraced the weird 60's vides. While not in my Top 5 MCU projects, it's definitely one of the better ones IMHO.
Personally, not sure. With F4 in development, we may see something more akin to 1610's F4. Mutants, strangely could be super easy to introduce, but I freely admit, my idea is just ****** fanfic. At this point, I really think the only way Mutants, F4, and other cosmic entities show up is through Secret Wars. I know they are slowly setting up Secret Wars (well that's what I'm thinking) but maybe end the film with the start of the big multiversal conflict.
I wouldn't be mad if they went this route.F4 is going to show up in Ant Man 3. They've been in the Quantum Realm since the 60s. This was sort of foreshadowed in the brief exchange Strange had with a certain cameo/character in MoM.
I wouldn't be mad if they went this route.
It was kind of hinted and given away so early in development (rumors as Portman returning & plausible Foster-Thor from comics) that having it as a "reveal" moment would be lost. Also, I figure perhaps there is another better "reveal" moment.I admit to being a little surprised at how Marvel is marketing Thor: Love and Thunder.
Like, to me, the fact that it's well known she's in the movie and she takes over the Thor mantle should be enough and then save all the actual reveal for the movie.
- I was surprised they did the Jane Foster/Thor/hammer reveal as the kicker to the original trailer. I thought that would have been a big REVEAL MOMENT to have in the theatre for the first time, and it would pop the audience huge
- Then, I was even more surprised at how hard they leaned into the Jane Foster/Thor stuff in the full trailer - showing her in action, in full outfit with helmet, etc.
I mean, correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure Marvel didn't give away Captain America grabbing the hammer in Endgame's trailer, right? Or the "Avengers Assemble" moment? So unless TL&T has some other big crowd pleasing moments (the big kiss? A proposal?) in this movie, again, I'm surprised they gave away an easy crowd-pleasing moment in the tailer.
(Now, a really weird twist would be that Jane is Thor from the multiverse....)
Me either - I'm thinking that like Spider-Man, they aren't going to get an origin story movie. They will be introduced in Ant-Man and then have their own movie later with perhaps some flashbacks etc. I'm sure their origin is going to be changed anyway and likely be Quantum Realm related rather than space/cosmic rays. Probably sent there on a mission in the 60s, had their accident there and got trapped, and are entering modern MCU via Ant-Man movie.I wouldn't be mad if they went this route.
I was too. But I look at it as when they showed Spider-Man's debut in the Civil War trailer.I admit to being a little surprised at how Marvel is marketing Thor: Love and Thunder.

I think there will be some good reveals and Easter eggs in Thor. The trailer showed a shot of Jane Foster with the statues of Living Tribunal, Uuatu, Lady Death, Eon, and I think Eternity.
I hope we finally see Beta Ray Bill.

I do recall such event, though I am not sure if I imagined it or it was real. But I do recall reading about the whole Jane-Thor being the theme on this movie. If I remember correctly, it was announced at Comic Con a few years back, before the pandemic... I even think she held up the "Hammer"...
