Sorry if my response came off snarky, I guess my situation is different since I am located in Los Angeles and there are no less than 15 stores accessible.

Good luck

I wish I lived near a store, I need a few bands. I've been trying to look for someone to pick one up for me from a store, but no luck so far. I guess I'm stuck with waiting on their online store. :(

Just checked Brea. All sports bands but only a couple of brown loops.

It seems like the shipments to the stores in LA the last few days have been pretty barren and limited to sport bands. I have a consistent e-mail dialog going with the Santa Monica, Grove and Century City stores and they havent seemed to get anything the last few days.

Sports bands are available in all the apple stores in Las Vegas. a few of them have plenty of all colors including black.

I was looking for leather loops (stone medium) and only one store had anything other than sports bands and it was a black classic buckle.

If any one's after a strap, they are in stock in Apple Stores. I'm going to assume it's world wide (or at least the countries selling the watches). Could be wrong though.

I've just bought a black sports band 38mm with silver steel pin from the Apple Store in Manchester, UK. I did have to ask for it - they said they are not out yet because they haven't been told where to put them.

I'm not 100% on which straps are available, they did have a huge list of them. I think most of the sport straps and maybe some others. Best bet is to ask if they have the one you want.

Sports bands are in stock, accept pink one, here in the United States.
I have no idea and neither store employees do when the other bands will come in stock.
Some reports say that classic buckle is in store in few locations and I haven't seen any of that at the apple store near my home.

I bought a blue sport band last week. Apple's website still doesn't show store availability. I had to call and ask...they had 5.

Do they ever show store availability?

My assumption was that no one knew. Apple Insider just posted saying online order windows are 3-5 days and they will be in store some time this month, but aren't yet.

I bought a Large Leather Loop band yesterday. My Apple Store had sport bands in colors: pink, green, white, and black

They've been available for over a week now in stores.

They won't show in-store availability until they start allowing in-store pickup options for Watch and Watch straps later this month. They will start selling Watch in-store in June.

Useful info, no doubt, but I think there have been reports of this for nearly two weeks now- though still no official announcement has been made (to my knowledge), as I still don't think all bands are available in stores, and inventory levels are not consistent. ;)

I went to an Apple Store last week (5/22 I believe, as my Black Sports Band was set to [and did] deliver on Saturday 5/23) after many people had been sighting bands in-stores to check out what they had. They did have many Sport Band options on the shelves towards the back. All but the pink, I believe was available and if I remember correctly they had them all in both 42 and 38 sizing.

Having my original band being a blue sport band, and knowing my black sport band would be delivering the next day, I wasn't looking for another sports band at the time. In fact it was my first time seeing any other bands in person, as I had pre-ordered my watch without ever having a sizing appointment or even stepping into an Apple Store. Prior to that, I was going into the store with the mind-set that the Classic Buckle was the only other band I wanted at the time- I close to hated the Milanese Loop from pictures, and disliked the Leather Loop as well. Both of those changed however upon seeing them in person. So much so that I was now considering all three of those as my next band.

Anyways, I thought the Sports Bands on the shelves may be all they had, but after speaking with an employee, I was told they had more in the back that they'd received recently, and that shipments had been bringing in random quantities of bands of late. He said he thought he'd seen some Milanese loops come in, though after checking the back, they were gone (and my guess was they may have been for the 38, I have a 42). And I ended up walking out after purchasing a Classic Buckle, which I absolutely love and am wearing right now.

Interestingly enough, as soon as they started stocking watch bands in-store, most bands have become available for 3-5 business day shipping online since last week.
(and modern buckles somehow became unavailable... weird)

I bought a 42mm black sport strap in store on the 23rd, and they'd been available for a few days prior. My store didn't have them on the shelf though, I had to fetch an employee and ask them to check for me.

The modern buckle band only has been unavailable for at least a month now. My wife decided she wanted the pink modern buckle at the end of April and I’ve been checking every few days since then and its always unavailable.

I have checked a few of the apple stores in Las Vegas and they really only have the aports bands in stock. I was on the hunt for a leather loop to no avail. Some may be harder to find than others for now.

Bands are available on w14th street in NYC... they had blue, black, green, white, and red sport bands.

There's 38mm & 42mm sport bands on show in Glasgow Buchanan Street & they have other straps in the back of the store, I've just picked up a 42mm black leather loop band from there.

Has anyone seen any in Central Jersey? I checked bridgewater but they only had the Milanese in 38mm. I'm trying to find a 42mm one. I would get it online but it says 6-7 weeks and I kinda want it for a party on July 4th

Was at the Staten Island NYC store earlier (wanted to return my Leather Loop and see if they had the Classic Buckle in stock). They only had the Sports bands in various colors. They sales guy did say they were expecting the other bands to start showing up in stores - but no time estimate. (So ordered it online.)
