Monday something may happen that has NEVER happened in the history of MLB.

Boston Red Sox catcher Danny Jansen will play for both teams in the resumption of a suspended game against the Toronto Blue Jays.

Jansen was Toronto's catcher on June 26th when they played Boston at Fenway. He was actually up to bat when the umpires suspended the game due to rain. On July 27th, he was traded to Boston. He will catch for Boston during the resumption of that suspended game and therefor be in the box score for both teams.

It has never happened before.

Another home run by Judge, #50. OPS now at 1.197.

Fun fact- the last time a player hit a 1.200 OPS who wasn’t on steroids or playing in a shortened season was Ted Williams.

Yes, he’s always just been a big guy with lots of power. No physical body change during his career like Bonds, even if you compare him to college playing days.

And believe me, if there was anything dirty going on, someone would’ve been a rat and reported it to the press by now.

Pretty much my thoughts too... just playing Devil's Advocate... ;)
