I have decided to wait for 10.14.2 before reinstalling. I hope it will be out soon
What? The problem is on little snitch dev side not Apple side.

I’m going to reinstall, and Little Snitch does not seem to be the cause of slow boot to me.
Slow boot only happens at cold boot, not when you already booted and restart the machine
I know. And I cold boot my machine every morning. I can't remove little snitch anyways because I need it. I'm reinstalling either way because I'm having other issues too.
So why do you tell Little Snitch is not causing the slow boot for you? It's causing it for everyone including you, at cold boot. This is what we are talking about here.
Because I have had it when without little snitch on another volume.
Guys.. is there any real solution? I timed my boot today with 4 minutes on iMacPro. And yes I have FV enabled because I need it in case of burglary in my office rooms.

[doublepost=1543073513][/doublepost]My MacBook Air is slow to boot after updating to Mojave also. After updating to Version 10.14.1 the boot up is faster, but still slower than normal.Mojave on my MacBook Pro but seems really slow to boot, like 3 times longer. Is anyone else having the boot delay when TRIM is turned on, with a third party SSD? The same thing was happening with High Sierra. Bar moves rapidly at first, gets 2/3 of the way, pauses for 15-20 secs, quickly finishes. With TRIM disabled, booting is fast. Has anyone found a solution (other than converting the disk to HFS+, which seems a bit drastic)?
I agree APFS is the future.
Did you get x5680s? I'm thinking of getting the same. What CPUs did you have before?
