I dont know guys, but it looks legit, I really think that this is the iPhone 4G, and so far I'm happy with the design, most importantly we have a front camera FINALLY!!, also a better back camera with FLASH, Gizmodo also mentioned higher res screen, a 16% bigger battery...What else do we really want? I can't wait for JUNE!!!!!!:D

Read Prototype, doesn't mean it's the real deal.

They couldn't risk taking it apart without seeing if they could first get something from the software first.

Am I the only one that spotted that Gizmodo said they had it for a week??? Also, in their post they showed photos of a tear down with parts named apple. Why no more details?

I hated the look at first but seeing that this is a prototype iPhone and apple has reported one missing we have no idea how old it is so it could have changed to but i love the fact that it has Flash front face camera and better resolution and if this does do voice chat this thing is gotta be fast and have a great battery life. anyway I'm stoked for June now. Bring on WWDC :D

I saw the tear down as well. Very clearly showed a blue logic board and 1st Gen iPhone like internals. Yes, I saw they mentioned for a week. Clearly they were trying to recover the phone from its status. After all, Apple remote killed it.

What bothers me the most is that the finder didn't toggle the Airport Mode On. That way Apple could have not killed the OS. No Wi-Fi or 3G, no remote killings... simple.

Because they're going to string this "exclusive" out as long as they can? They said in this article that a future article would reveal the interior components and explain open questions about why there are no curves or beveled edges, etc. They've got a once-in-a-lifetime scoop, and they're not going to blow it on a single Sunday story.

I think you might be right!
