If he had been testing it out to see if it worked for him and decided it didn't....that's good and fine. But he knew going in he wasn't going to keep it.

Other than being psychic and claiming to know what another man is thinking...

Can you please point us to the relevant section in Apple's terms and conditions where they place these kinds of limitations on their return policy?

Seriously, you're so sure of yourself this should be really easy for you to do.

So where are these limitations that you speak of?

So, nothing from Apple's return policy. Thanks for proving exactly our points.

Also:

Yes, good job pulling a quote that is long before I knew much about the HTC One or the S4, instead of pulling a quote from the OP of this thread when time has passed and impressions of the S4 and One can be made (my initial impressions were of disappointment with both devices for various reasons).

Even in the quote you post, I wrote "I may..."

Talk about knowing intent. :rolleyes:

And by the way (as if it needs to be said...), Apple's already accepted the return with all smiles and without a hitch. Smooth transaction. I was in and moments later out.

The end.

@everyone, let it drop.

Next thread: My 30 day iUnderwear journey.

Here's something funny. Since I'm returning my Boxers 4, I may take advantage of the 30 day return policy and purchase an unworn uPants 5 to use whilst waiting for the Pantasy S4 to come out. With competition heating up, I'm hoping Pantsung will have an earlier release time frame for US markets. If it's sometime in April, it'd work out perfectly.
