My 6s become laggy , animations are stuttering .. all of that because i made a clean dfu restore and my phone is slowdown ... How can i bringht back my phone performance? Sorry for my bad english .
You really need to setup as new and then install your apps and give the phone a day to settle before you say it's slow as iOS has to configure every little file track location calibrate stuff and it all takes a lot of time. Aphones break in period is 1 day, sorta like a cars is 1000 miles

Delete the battery app trust me it's garbage it's doing more harm than good. After that go into to settings and turn off spotlight search for all your apps. As well as turning off background app refresh for them as well. After that go and check your location settings make sure you don't have any apps using location stuff in the background that you don't want. Also turn off Siri if you don't use it.

10.2.1 has seriously slowed my iPhone 6 down and very laggy. not that it helps with your situation but wanted to voice that i've noticed a serious lag since i've had 10.2.1. hoping 10.3 or whatever is next fixes the issue. had my iP6 since release and never has it been this laggy with everything.

Well, seems like the OP didn't have issues with the phone under iOS 10.2.1, it's just after a recent restore that the OP started to notice issues.

Same .. what's wrong ... i don't get it ..

When i close a app randomly i get sometimes micro stutters .. it's normal ?

Some animetions and frame drops ... i never have this problems ...

Apps like messaging and dialer are hace massive frame drops ...

This is completely normal. I have the exact same experience on an iPhone 6 and no amount of DFU restores will fix it as Apple doesnt care. The only way to solve the problem is to get an iPhone 7

Guys I have a iPhone 7 and it'll stutter you just learn to live with it and really it's not terrible unless your looking for it specifically

And yet the OP didn't have these things with iOS 10.2.1 until the OP restored recently.
