Also for those interested my order status page said "via US Postal" but the Apple TV has shipped via FedEx anyway!

Shipping via TNT, tracking number was wrong, referenced something delivered in April.

That's odd, I ordered 20 min after you and it's already on the flight, on schedule to be delivered on Wednesday. Although I'm in canada, so we might have gotten a different plane to take our shipments so US ones are still waiting.
