Apple has patents on the design of the iphone, which means they didn't copy anything. And yes the court cases started and dragged on for years. But here in the US Samsung could lose billions while Apple could lose millions.

What are you taking about now? You know everyone else has moved on past and dropped this except for you just move on.......

He is correct on the dates though. The Q-Bowl line was introduced in Feb '07 and went on sale in Nov '07. Nobody really knew what effect the iPhone would have on the market at that point in time so it made sense for Samsung to release it. They carried on into 2008 too.

Maybe the sates are right, but the conclusion is a problem.
