Mine is scheduled for a Delivery of tomorrow with FEDEX!!! Tracking number is working and its on its way!!

Mine is scheduled to arrive tomorrow via FedEx. They are using Priority Overnight service, which is pretty expensive to Hawaii for a $99 item. Apple must have negotiated a ridiculous shipping discount!

AppleTV was cancelled again.

I'm now on hold for a manager.

It's not a matter of credit. I know that they have hit the card for 4 iPads and 2 AppleTV's. My original order was 2 iPads and 1 AppleTV. And no they haven't managed to max out my card yet, but they are doing a fine job of running up the bill. I had to call them this morning to see what was a charge and what was a hold.

So here is my charges not holds so far.

  • $1,517.06 on March 12th
  • $758.53 on March 12th
  • $758.53 on March 12th
  • $107.43 on March 13th
  • $107.43 on March 14th

I was being nice about it just wanting to get it sorted but they keep adding charges to the card and canceling the orders.

I don't know what is going on. But again I'm rather glad the iPad's have shipped.

_______________

Edit: While I was typing this they came on the line to take my number and they are saying they will fix it and call me back within 24 hours. What a mess.

Yay life!

IP3 has still not left Louisville yet, but ATV3 is now moving on FedEx, and has left Nashville, scheduled for delivery in Fort Worth on 3/15!! Wierd that my contact from Fedex was by automated phone message rather than email, but the tracking number they gave me is working.

When they call back, if they don't compensate you, ask to be compensated for your inconvenience, politely and in a friendly manner. You may well get lucky and get a free ATV out of this!

Went to "Preparing for Shipment" around 1am this morning (Wednesday), no news since. Not too concerned, it'll be overnighted from somewhere, so as long as it moves by tomorrow, its all good.

I just checked status and the ATV3 is shipping out of Ontario (40 miles away) with delivery for tomorrow! :D
