New MBPs on Oct. 10?

If this is true then Apple truly is pathetic. There is NO excuse to be almost 4 months behind the competition... which is where they will be by January.

I just looked on the apple site.. they only accept returns in the first 14 days and they charge a 10% restocking fee

The Guy who took my order on the phone told me that there is NO RESTOCKING FEE within 10 days. Did I get something wrong there or is it just different from one country to the other? Or is it just about NOT unpacking it?

haha, i bought mine right before WWDC in tax free weekend, didn't open for 10 days...

TEN DAYS!
and almost returned, but glad i didn't

Just think, you could've just used your new laptop during those 10 days...
