Same here. I’m sure it will happen before too long. Seems completely random from reading the posts here.Still waiting, 74 hours and counting. Australia, Australian English.

Has your indexing finished? as I had some weird results before my indexing finished. More so in Apple Music. Now no issues with it. Now I’m getting weird results with notes so going on what’s happening indexing is currently hitting my notes as it was fine yesterdayI'm underwhelmed with the new Siri so far. I'm having issues where if my phone is connected to my car's Bluetooth, I have to unlock my iPhone before Siri makes a phone call (despite me having turned on allow Siri on the lock screen). Also, I'm being asked to confirm the phone that I want to call. Overall, I feel like there have been advancements in many areas at the cost of regression in doing common tasks. I couldn't get Siri to play my favorite songs today. It kept wanting to bring up crap from Taylor Swift.
I wonder if the wait time is actually down to iCloud storage usage, and that needing indexing.
I’m still waiting ( 800GB in iCloud)
Waiting since Monday, 2hrs after release on iphone 17PM. In Canada.72 hours here in Canada.
You do NOT need a new Apple ID if yours is not from the US. It’s only the Region setting that matters. My Apple ID is not even from an English speaking country nor is my developer account and I still got it.To everyone here complaining they haven’t been approved yet:
consider yourself lucky you’re on the waitlist at all unlike people with an EU Apple ID 🙃
Really, we’re doing you a favor by not plugging it up even more
Oh and also: your Media & Purchases Apple ID account is even more irrelevant to your chances of getting on the waitlist or then getting the “New Siri is ready” notification. You do NOT need a new Apple ID if yours is not from the US. I’d guess no because I’ve only got the 5gb and still indexing.Interesting take. Might explain why I've been waiting so long when I've got 1.2TB in there.
If you can enter the wait then you don’t need to change anything and yes it will be in English only.I’m in Canada, my device is set in French but I can enter the wait,it’s. Will I be able to get it without changing anything and will just have Siri in English?
To get access to the waiting list, i have to set up my iPhone from French Canadian to English.I’m in Canada, my device is set in French but I can enter the wait,it’s. Will I be able to get it without changing anything and will just have Siri in English?
Strange because my iPad is set to French Canadian and I could enter the waiting listTo get access to the waiting list, i have to set up my iPhone from French Canadian to English.
I change my language to french canadian on my 17 Pro Max and i can't access to the waiting list, it disappear.Strange because my iPad is set to French Canadian and I could enter the waiting list
Many people have said, both are NOT specifically related, many have Siri AI acces and still indexing, but clearly a complete index is required for the Siri AI system to be fully functional.Interesting take. Might explain why I've been waiting so long when I've got 1.2TB in there.
I lost count of how many hours, but it was Tuesday morning i signed upi am already at 84 hours here in UK and still waiting on waitlist
I have an EU AppStore account in Italy and immediately saw the waitlist option. Been waiting since Tuesday.same here : EU - US AppStore ... you won't even make it on the wait list with an EU AppStore account, you need US, UK, CH (Switzerland) or any other non-EU and non-China AppStore account to jump on it

Good thing it’s only the first beta. I, on the other hand, am very very impressed by the new Siri from what I’ve seen.I'm underwhelmed with the new Siri so far. The point is that this should not have ever made it out of alpha testing or internal testing. I see they are following the Ubiquiti approach now. It's good that there are 3 more months of Beta Testing left, then (Possibly Siri AI will continue as Beta even after that).
