Yeah. Finally we're back to 32GB.

I'm disappointed with the camera actually. Let's hope those 8 megapixel take better pictures at least. Won't believe it's OIS until it's official, but looking at that weird lenses around the camera maybe it's true.

2300 battery just like I predicted. I bet battery life will still suck like the Nexus 4. Now I'm digging that 3000 battery of the LG G2.

If this specs and the leaks of 4.4 are true I'm not interested at all in upgrading from my SGS3, unless it's available with carriers (cause I've got a free upgrade pending).

32GB means price will be $350-400 the 16GB N4 was 299

And that would be perfectly fine for me.

I'm hoping all those in this thread and on G+ that keep saying eh, the battery sucks, the camera sucks, I'd rather have amoled so I won't be getting it are serious. That will mean I'll actually stand a chance of getting one on launch day, unlike the Nexus 4 that got backordered, I canceled, and never got around to getting one.

OIS is nice. Although I'd like to know more about the sensor in terms of pixel size. But so far it is looking good. I just hope build quality is better than the Nexus 4 and battery doesn't suck like the Nexus 4.

I just looked at the manual, the dimensions and weight are virtually identical to that of the Nexus 4, making another discrepancy with the FCC filing. Everything looks great, except that battery...

Sweet baby Jesus.

My four main concerns:

1) 32GB at least - check

2) Relatively same price point as last year - pretty much a check.

3) Better camera - Sounds promising. TBD.

4) Better battery life - Also promising with better management from the SnapDragon 800, and potentially better optimization from KitKat. The one scary bit, though, is the 2300 mAH battery, but if HTC can finally get battery right (HTC One), there's hope. TBD.

Almost there.

Woah, there's going to be an HDMI out port? ... I must've glossed over that bit.

EDIT: I'm sorry. I mis-read. It's an HDMI out port via Sliport. My mistake.

Some people think this is an elaborate hoax, since there are some inconsistencies with the FCC filings.

I'm a little confused. Hopefully someone can give me a little more information. Is this saying that over GSM, you only get 405 minutes (6.75 hours) of voice call time? The G2 got nearly 24 hours and this is the exact same thing with just 75% the total battery capacity... And 6.75 hours is not 75% of 24, not even close.

And in Anandtech's cellular call time, the Nexus 4 got 7.82 hours.... Hopefully I am reading this wrong.

Yeah some things about this document don't add up. It is a "draft," though, whatever that means.

Yep. Better picture quality will ultimately depend on the sensor. Personally I'm hoping for picture quality that can at least match the iPhone. Fingers crossed!

Yeah, I don't think it can be completely trusted in this draft release. The dimensions are the same as the Nexus 4, and that isn't even possible. Also it doesn't list compatibility with an US LTE bands, so either this document isn't for the US version of the phone, or we're not going to have LTE in the US, yet again.

LTE for the US is coming. Nexus 7 proves that IMO.

I don't think it's a hoax. No one has that much time or energy to make a 282 pages long hoax... :D:D

If you read the Engadget article I posted earlier, you'd have seen that this particular manual is apparently for the Asian version as it shows it supports the typical Asian LTE bands. I promise you, the US version WILL have LTE. Don't worry yourself over it.

Holy Cr*p!

I decide to take a break from Nexus 5 rumors for one day and this happens!

My takeaway:

-This is real. There are new pictures of the Nexus 5 in this document that are consistent with previous pictures which I don't think could have been faked (or at least it would be very difficult)

-I'm a little confused that the dimensions for the Nexus 5 are EXACTLY the same as the Nexus 4 (133.9 x 68.7 x 9.1mm). This is completely possible given the fact that the Nexus 5 screen will have a different aspect ratio but it is a little strange that it is the same to the 0.1 of a mm.

-This is the international variant of the phone. There was a previous leak of the D821 passing through Brazil's version of the FCC. So don't fret about missing LTE bands.

-If OIS for the camera is true I think we are in for a real treat. It means Google cares about the camera (otherwise why put in OIS in the first place) suggesting that this camera will at least be competitive which is all I need.

-I still don't know about the battery. Due to the battery not being removable I'll probably get a small external charger anyway. I'm hoping for at least 4hrs screen on time.

-So glad there will be a 32gb version. I'll get the 16gb but at least this will stop some of the whining.

Basically Google/LG would have to screw up really bad to get me to not buy this phone.

You should check out the Anker Astro Slim3. It is nearly the exact same size as my Nexus 4, has a 6000 mAh battery, and has a built in cable so you don't need to worry about bringing one along with you. Plus it is very durable and I feel comfortable leaving it in my pocket with my keys.
