Nomad stands-delayed...

You could call your CC company, reverse the charges and call/e-mail the courier and tell them you already cancelled the order and that Nomad shipped it anyways and you'll be refusing receipt (they'll turn it around and send it back to Nomad).
They have been responding on Facebook but no answers as to what is going on with best buy. If you aren't happy with the response you are getting they do have a phone number listed here at the bottom of the page: http://www.hellonomad.com/pages/terms-conditions
the shipper they are using is straight from HK. http://directlinktrackedplus.com no idea how to contact them otherwise i would tell them to not even bother with this shipment.

I could be wrong, but didn't you order yours after your watch arrived? I ordered March 31, and I've got nothing.
I just picked up one from best buy, I like the quality kind of over priced. But i was exchanging the Lunatik epik watch case.... Fail
That sucks. I ordered mine May 4 and it's shipped. Email them to cancel and it may "ship" the next day.
i emailed them last week to cancel - having not had a 'despatched' notification yet (got fed up of waiting)...
.... 4 days later got a reply saying it was not possible to cancel my order as it had already shipped. I have not received a promised shipping notification so this was news to me.
I have pushed back and asked why it took 4 days to reply only to tell me its now too late.... and i have not had a reply. Have also not had a despatch confirmation. Have not received the stand.
If it has been sent (I'm in the UK) then it will be more costly to ship it back than to keep it. Maybe this is what they are banking on.

What they are banking on is most people continuing to be strung along while they invest pre-order money to recover from a failed initial design and last-minute design change. Additionally, I'm willing to bet their deal with Best Buy was already in place and they didn't want to back out of that deal, so they opted to bump pre-orders in favor of shipping initial product to Best Buy. As a result, they are now ignoring pre-order customers so they don't have to refund their money because it's tied up in a logistical mess.
I pre-ordered the Nomad stand on April 3rd. I received emails promising shipping on 5/20, 5/29 and 5/30 along with thanks for my love and support. By reading this forum, I learned about ordering from Best Buy. Well Nomad, you no longer have my love or support ! I contacted them yesterday to cancel. This morning, I was notified that my stand has been shipped.
I then emailed them that I will not accept delivery and will call Visa. I guess someone climbed on the plane and removed my stand because six hours later I heard that my order was cancelled and refunded.
Tomorrow I should get a HiRise stand from Twelve South. Twenty dollars cheaper and free shipping.

For those of you still in limbo, for those who have been given several dates that it will ship (and it hasn't), for those who don't hear back in a reasonable timeframe after contacting customer service, you need to contact your credit card company to reverse the charge and simply deny the package if it ever actually arrives.
This company has been stringing you along for way too long and they've been using your money in way that is ethically wrong. (And perhaps illegal.)

I think this was my 4th email. They gave a tracking number and said "we are a small company working as hard as we can uploading these tracking numbers individually..." Really?
Compared to most posters here, I seem to have had a good run. I ordered on 20th May and got the shipping confirmation today. I wasn't in a rush as I am still waiting on my SSSB ordered on April 10th. Not sure how long it will take to ship my stand to Australia.
