It's possible some items get lost in the mail. Rest assured we will issue a replacement if any unit is lost. The easiest way to check in on this and resolve this is for you to email chloe@hellonomad.com.
Only thing now showing on my tracking is the "Item pre-advice received" notation from June 1. The "In Transit" notation from June 6 that I previously mentioned seeing listed is gone from the tracking page now. I've emailed Chloe.
Nomad has been producing other products in the past and spent a lot of time getting press for these new Apple products. Really doubt they want to throw that all away by not shipping to everyone, especially with so much positive response on the new items. Still no better designed item out there IMO. I believe they have unfortunately encountered last minute design and other issues that have made this product launch difficult for them and frustrating for everyone all the way around. I have a wait limit but haven't reached it yet.
There has been no change in my DirectLink tracking info. I did check out the Nomad Facebook and Twitter feeds and same tracking/delivery problems being reported there too. Twitter has been more active the last few days. Nomad's definitely aware of the problems with the tracking reports. I'm of the opinion that they did get shipped when indicated on the tracking form. Saw one tweet that a few people have reported receiving theirs finally. No idea where those people are from. After all this I'll believe it when it shows up at my door. Still hoping it's just a tracking issue with DirectLink's software reporting and everything is being delivered to everyone soon.
I did see a tweet...something about 7-10 days or slightly more for delivery...which if I can count on that would be delivery to me sometime next week. I'd still like to know what service will be delivering it on my end so I know what vehicle to look for. I'd guess USPS but that would only be a guess.

Are you serious? In a thread full of people complaining about horrible business practices, delayed or lost shipping, and poorly handled preorders, you actually think that it's a good idea to post some random review of your stand? Do you really think this helps in some way?
You are in way over your head and you aren't listening to what people are telling you. The few customers that remain deserve far more than a useless review or repeated requests to email Chloe who is also under water at this point. You did notice that people are complaining that Chloe isn't responding to emails, right?

Considering their move (which still hasn't netted an apology) to send products to a big box retailer before the pre-orders makes any design or production issues irrelevant.
