Slightly harsh maybe? :D but honestly, if you didn't cancel your order after they took your money and used it to supply products to another company before they gave a thought to the paying customer. Well, if it were me, I would now.

No I'm not just now noticing the red flag, and if you had been reading my posts at all these last 10 pages, you would have realized that instead of looking like a jerk. My order has been cancelled already and I've received a full refund, but my order is still being shipped to me, again, which I have mentioned multiple times these past few pages. Maybe spend some time actually reading this thread instead of attempting to be condescending while simply sounding like a douche. I was simply calling out a red flag for others who have yet to come to their senses.

It's possible some items get lost in the mail. Rest assured we will issue a replacement if any unit is lost. The easiest way to check in on this and resolve this is for you to email chloe@hellonomad.com.

Noah, if an item got lost in the mail, why would 1 of my 3 status updates of my delivery be DELETED? That doesn't add up.

Only thing now showing on my tracking is the "Item pre-advice received" notation from June 1. The "In Transit" notation from June 6 that I previously mentioned seeing listed is gone from the tracking page now. I've emailed Chloe.

Same thing here.. If there is any other issue we are not aware of, please be honest because any other additional delay at this point is a bit too much..

So on June 10th, my order status page looked like this

01/06/15 14:29 Item pre-advice received
04/06/15 17:30 Item received for processing
06/6/15 xx:xx Item in transit (Or something like that)

Now, it just says:

01/06/15 14:29 Item pre-advice received
04/06/15 17:30 Item received for processing

First of all, why would the 3rd update disappear like that? Second, the Deliveries app has shown that it's been in Fort Worth, Texas ever since the first update appeared on June 1st, so I'm not sure how it could have ever been in transit.

I really don't want to cancel my order, because it really does look like a great product, but I'd really appreciate some transparency on just how long this is going to take. Kinda disappointing that I could've walked into Best Buy weeks ago and just bought one right then with no hassle.

I'm in the same boat. Preordered and Prepaid on March 17th. Chloe emailed me on June 3rd saying that my order has shipped! Along with my 'tracking info' which didn't change until yesterday. "In transit" it said, which was dated June 6th (weird). Today it is back to "received for processing". Almost 10 days now since it supposedly shipped and still waiting.

I have seriously never had a worse experience trying to buy a product.

I'm finally fed up. I sent them this email. I want answers.

"Hello,

I ordered an Apple Watch stand and I got an email that it supposedly "shipped" on June 1. It's June 12 and it's still processing. The status changed to "in transit" 2 days ago and it went back to processing. Since I can easily drive over to Best Buy to get one of these, is there any way to cancel my order? And if not, do you have any idea what's going on? My order number is --------.

At least with the Apple Watch, Apple proceeded everything in order, took care of online orders before selling it in store, and they didn't take people's money until they definitely shipped and delivered it in 1 day. This is ridiculous.

BTW. Noah. I LOVE the "some things get lost in the mail" comment. Grade A courier you're using there.

Isn't that kinda the point of using a courier? To have tracking that somewhat mirrors reality, so things DON'T get lost??

Any who. Glad I cancelled some time ago and got a Spigen.

You guys should cut your losses - write this company off like most people that ordered their stand here did.

Nomad has been producing other products in the past and spent a lot of time getting press for these new Apple products. Really doubt they want to throw that all away by not shipping to everyone, especially with so much positive response on the new items. Still no better designed item out there IMO. I believe they have unfortunately encountered last minute design and other issues that have made this product launch difficult for them and frustrating for everyone all the way around. I have a wait limit but haven't reached it yet.

There has been no change in my DirectLink tracking info. I did check out the Nomad Facebook and Twitter feeds and same tracking/delivery problems being reported there too. Twitter has been more active the last few days. Nomad's definitely aware of the problems with the tracking reports. I'm of the opinion that they did get shipped when indicated on the tracking form. Saw one tweet that a few people have reported receiving theirs finally. No idea where those people are from. After all this I'll believe it when it shows up at my door. Still hoping it's just a tracking issue with DirectLink's software reporting and everything is being delivered to everyone soon.

I did see a tweet...something about 7-10 days or slightly more for delivery...which if I can count on that would be delivery to me sometime next week. I'd still like to know what service will be delivering it on my end so I know what vehicle to look for. I'd guess USPS but that would only be a guess.

Thanks for the post and for holding out for delivery. This pretty much captures exactly what's going on. I can't promise an exact day for when Stands will arrive, but I can promise that we will make sure every one ordered will be delivered and that we will correct any issues that come up--every single one.

Are you serious? In a thread full of people complaining about horrible business practices, delayed or lost shipping, and poorly handled preorders, you actually think that it's a good idea to post some random review of your stand? Do you really think this helps in some way?

You are in way over your head and you aren't listening to what people are telling you. The few customers that remain deserve far more than a useless review or repeated requests to email Chloe who is also under water at this point. You did notice that people are complaining that Chloe isn't responding to emails, right?

What a disaster.

o_O don't think he realized how it might come over, probably just happy to be able to show that someone here in the States had received theirs. Henry's twitter account shows he's in OR and the video was posted late Friday afternoon. I read the tweets and replies and post conversations on his account and it seems to me it's on the up and up and shipments have just begun to reach the West coast.

....Now this is interesting, on my MacBookPro I went to DirectLink's tracking page, entered my Order number only this time, and did a search (sometimes mobile apps are set up differently and my previous tracking was done on my iPhone). The search came up with 2 entries for my order number: one tracking number had a pre-advice received date of 6/1 (which I already knew about and had seen listed as in transit before the info disappeared) and then there was a second and different tracking number listed with a pre-advice received date of 6/9. That was a shock, and not sure if this means they sent out a second stand to me maybe prompted by my email to Chloe inquiring about the order status. ?? No further tracking info was listed on either. Weird. I'll wait to see what this week brings.

Considering their move (which still hasn't netted an apology) to send products to a big box retailer before the pre-orders makes any design or production issues irrelevant. It has been available in Best Buy for a few weeks now and there are pre-orders who still don't have their orders.

So I think the big question that hasn't been answered is when exactly did nomad sign an agreement with Best Buy? Was it before the preorders? He said months and months but preorders have been waiting for months and months.

The packages get lost comment was shady.
The review post shady.
Nomad seems shady especially since things keep getting delayed pushed back and their communication is crap.

Hello Everyone!

There are 18 pages to this thread as I begin to post this message. I have only read this last page. Please excuse the fact I have not gone back further. Hopefully one of you will be kind enough to supply an update.

Seems like I am in the same boat as all of you.

Was one of the first to order a NOMAD stand. First, the product was delayed a month for issues related to manufacturing.

However, even worse, once notification was received that the stand actually shipped, it has been allegedly sitting in a mail warehouse in Fort Worth Texas, according to my DELIVERIES app.

Now I am reading (and just this page) that perhaps there is even a larger issue at hand here.

All I know is that I have been waiting forever for this watch stand.

I am going to write Chloe about this, but it seems to me that even if another is shipped, it's going to be another few weeks until it is received given the fact that it's being shipped from overseas.

Can someone kindly give the latest update and impressions on what is going on here with the NOMAD stands?
