I just finished reading all 18 pages of this thread, including replies from NOAH who represents the company.
It's infuriating to see how this entire operation was launched and executed.
I fired off an email to Chlöe Ferrari. I told her my order has been "supposedly" sitting in a Texas warehouse for days and I want to know exactly when it will arrive on my doorstep.
If I don't hear back from her by the end of tomorrow, I will make a lot of noise about this. I will contact the Santa Barbara BBB. I will go on every forum I can, including Amazon and Best Buy and warn people not to purchase this product due to shady business practices. Will also cancel the order through my credit card company for which I am offered purchase protection.
I am sincerely hoping I am wrong that there is something shady going on here. I hope that the shipment status I have received is correct and that my stand is sitting in a warehouse in Texas and that it moves to my doorstep this week.
And, if Nomad is offering refunds for all the issues they have caused their customers, I'd like a refund too.
