I sent them an email on Friday morning asking about my order with no reply whatsoever, so I just emailed them this..
"Please refer to the email I sent 4 days ago. I don't want to say this, but I am starting to get frustrated. I was one of the first to preorder this product and 5 days after supposedly starting to ship, I haven't received any notification whatsoever. On top of that, I have noticed this exact product, the one that I preordered well over a month ago, is now available at Best Buy. Please get back to me with an explanation AND status update by EOD today, otherwise I would like to cancel my order."
