Looks nice, but the tapering of the band after the connector seems to be markedly different from Apples. maybe it's just the picture? Looks very wide compared to the Apple version. As soon as I tried it on I naturally visited the Apple website to compare, you're right - it definitely is wider. The overall look and feel is good though so I'm not too bothered.

I watched the video again and attempted it once more this morning. However. I am still unable to remove the links. There are two types of holes I am seeing. Ones that are more toward the surface with small lines in them. Then there are the ones deeper into the side. I would assume you apply a sim removal tool inside the ones that are deeper in? Nothing seems to budge for me unfortunately.
There are little pins that sit inside the links. When you press the tool into the hole you are actually pushing on the little pin like a spring. When you push it in jiggle the link back and forth. I think it needs to be pressed as you jiggle. That's what I did anyway. Good luck!
So I just received the link bracelet version 3 in silver for my SS. I must say its perfect! Im loving it! The gap is minimal and the claps are like the original. Only difference is that there are holes on the sides and a tool is needed to remove the links.

I went for an authentic leather loop that I loved after returning a couple fakes.....then i bought another one (a ML) that i love.....Haha
I just got the link clone with the Apple-style clasp. All the link bracelets with the hideous clasps that make it thicker seem really rubbish to me - surely you'd have a huge ugly gap under the clasp when wearing them?

Clearly, the tolerances aren't quite as slick as the official Apple one. The edges aren't as sharp, and the links are quite as perfectly aligned when you look very closely. But it's still pretty great. I'd love to see a side by side comparison.

Just got ( arrived a few days ago but I wasn't here) my BLACK Milanese strap from battery sky. It's awesome! The lugs are perfect, slide in great and lock in. The black matches the SB watch perfectly as well. Couple tiny cosmetic issues with the metal links here and there but overall way worth the price. I got in about a week too early and paid about $10 more (now lowered the 39.)
You can spot the bright spot on this link where it connects.

I know it's not really my say, but if I were you I would wait. Ordering something that intricate leaves so much room for manufacturing errors from the 3rd party supplier. Waiting until reviews come out will allow you to see if this 1:1 clone is going to meet acceptable standards. Also, being a first in line buyer will be risky as you don't know if the removable link mechanism will stay strong over time and cause the watch to fall off your wrist and, incidentally, damage your watch.
