hello
I have a new Mac Pro 2019. I noticed that when I put it to sleep after 45 mins or even 2 hours, the fans turn on,
not fast, but I can hear them, I contacted apple but so far no resolution.
I did afresh OS instal and didn't add anything , and after 45 mins the fans came on in sleep.
apple thought it might be software playing badly, but they still come on with nothing added.
on a side note I installed the stats menu demo and it does not show the temperature or fans or CPU temp.
I have unplugged the power for 15 then plugged back in etc but no difference.
I did add a PCIE card for m.2 ..but I have tried it with out it and still the same.
the other thing I added was 4 sticks of apple ram from Some one else's new Mac Pro and they are in the correct slots and all green tick.
I only mention this for full picture. but I don't think ram could make the fans turn on in sleep right ?
thanks for any light anyone can shed on this
