Spark's communications are impressively bad
In store (where I made one order) said there is a 6 week wait, when I pushed more "all models" and they said "no, just a few, we have launch day stock in x, y, z" So I made an order in store and one online for models supposedly in stock. Chat can't tell me when they will arrive, chat support doesn't seem to know that some people should receive them on Sep 22 and is telling me 6 weeks for every order not made on pre order launch day..
I'm also on e-sim which should be fun, historically with spark that's meant a trip in store later with ID to change devices. The store people are telling me it should just switch over to the new device....we will see.

Australia? Cos if so check the Auspost app. Our one is saying preparing to ship but according to auspost it’s coming today.
If NZ, NZ Post should do something similar.
In previous experience, Apple only shares the tracking number a night before delivery date and when you check the tracking number, the item is already in the local Depot. In NZ, DHL normally does Apple delivery and I get the tracking number even before apple sends them to us.
Interesting. Where would one find the DHL AWB#? Can we figure it out ourselves?
Anyone got experience with changing the delivery address on an Apple preorder? What goes down after you've changed it?
Preordered a 15PM thru Apple when it opened. Delivery date was Sep 22-25 to an address in WLG, but it got bumped to 27-29 Sep after checkout. I happen to be heading South for 10 days (on the day of delivery nonetheless); as my order hasn't gone beyond processing and the payment is still pending I was thinking about changing the delivery address to one on the West Coast where I'll be (I've got a non-rural business address to send it where it can be signed for). Would you guys leave it to chance that it will turn up before 27/9 or change the address?

Would like to know this as well. Ordered right when pre-orders opened but got stuck with an October 2 delivery date. In my experience my orders from Apple tend to come early, but tomorrow might be too hopeful. Strange since Apple delivered on launch day for me last year.
This is pretty consistent with my experience so far. Atrocious.
I opted to get a brand new everything (new number) and deal with the transfer later so I don't wind up with no number and no phone. Still have no clue if I'm getting the phone tomorrow or not. Their only means of communication seems to be the chatbox on their site? If I respond to the order confirmation (which comes from a support email), I get an "inbox unattended notice".

I normally get it automatically added on DHL app as my account linked to my address and mobile number even before retailers send me email of dispatch. A friend who has the same scenario told me that his order is dispatched on Wednesday evening as he has Friday delivery. I wasn't that lucky time, mine is 26-28 September for Natural Titanium 15 pro max.
Legend. Signed up for DHL app, made sure email/phone/address matches the apple order and all three items showing in the DHL app, arrived at depot this morning at 3am.
How do you go about doing this? I made an account but don't see any packages coming to me.
I’ve seen confirmations for Spark and 2D. Not seen anything from One yet.
UPDATE: Spark just sent me a tracking number. Things are moving!!

Just got my tracking info from One NZ, yay!
Hasn't been collected yet but at least it's in the system so now I can obsessively refresh NZ Post instead of Gmail…

I ordered directly from Apple at 12:04am on launch day and have had bugger all updates since the confirmation email. Seems pretty unlikely I will get it before next week now.
