Dial *6737# they will text you the most up to date order status! When they ask how you want to search you enter 1, send, and then your zip code when it asks, send, and you get your status!

I'm with you! Ordered same exact phone 14 minutes after preorder started on 9/9. My order is still processing also. Delivery date October 18-31st.
Honestly that is what AT&T told me too. It is super nice to have phones delivered ahead of schedule. But, we can't be greedy and expect it before the expectations that they set (dates)

Thanks - hopefully you'll see something change soon. It seems a lot of people have been moving quickly this week out of processsing and receiving their phone within 3-4 days after that. On the bright side I can tell you that it was worth the wait for Jet Black - I came close to cancelling and switching to matte several times and I'm glad I didn't.
