Hi, I am Luigi, Italian but working for Oil and Gas now in Malaysia... I just joined because I understand NOTHING how apple products works, I bought them all iMac, iPad, iPod,iPhone, pus for wife and mistresses...but I have problems even in switching on blue tooth. To me transfering a file from iPhone to iMac appears difficult like killing a dragon with a sword...it is simply too impossible. Most probably because I have a degree in architecture so the brains are not very powerful.

Hi there! I've been reading articles and threads on this site since I discovered it two years ago, during my month-long hunt for a second iPhone 6 Plus (for my sister). It did help me track one down--and help me feel a little less crazy for trying so hard! I'm finally registering and hoping to join in the fun. A couple of my Apple-loving pals have moved away recently, so I'm excited to share in the tech joy here. :):apple:

Hello from another newbie! I'm an OS X girl and my partner is a PC girl. Like many of you I have a MacBook Pro, iPhone, iPad and iPod. I have lots of questions to ask but those will be made in other forums.

Hi everyone!
french dude here, on his late 30's
always been fond of the idevices, I've been lurking this superb website and forum board for so long that I can't remember..
decided to jump in today as I have specific questions on my iphones and ipad, so I decided I will proactively join the forums instead of digging the interwebs for answers.
proud owner of an iphone 5s, iphone 6 (for work) and very recently a gorgeous ipad air 2
ex owner of macbook pro from 2009, my fault I mismanaged the OSX updates and went a bridge too far with it.. sadly I lost my love for him and let it go :(
will jump in macbook later this year hopefully ;)

I apologize in anticipation if my english is not accurate...

really happy to share my experiences with you guys!

Hi All, I was looking for information about the iPhone 7 when I found this site. I got on the AT&T thread and found other people waiting on their phone like me. It was nice to see other people in the same boat. I think I would like to switch to Mac one day. Right now I have an IPad and an iPhone7. Love them both. By the way IP stands for Instrument Panel- as in dash board. I make them :)

This will be a bit of a test... Another of these threads started with good intentions... but was soon taken over by regulars.

if you just joined MacRumors, reply and introduce yourself.

This is only for new Macrumors users... only users who registered within two months of the current date may reply...

All other users posts will be deleted. (moderators, please enforce this). This will be for myself included... only comments by truely "new" users will be allowed in this thread.

Discuss away...

(this could fail miserably if no one replies :) )

Just started, posted a thread as I have many questions about the IPod 7g as I'm building one from the ground up into a sort of super computer but not so... If anyone can help, that would be great!!

Love my Apple gadgets (all showing their age now) but I'm not very tech-savvy :)

Initially, looking to update my 2010 iMac and need all the help I can get - so will be keeping an eye on this site!

I've been searching the site for information on an as-needed basis since I got my first Mac a few months ago, but I'm not having any luck finding anyone with my current Sierra upgrade issue. Alas, forced to join the club so that I can post for help. So HI everyone, and thanks for all the fish.

Hi! I'm a tech oldie but converted to mac 4 years ago, so a mac newbie. Hello from California! I joined to comment on Wikileaks but can't comment on that thread which is probably for the best lol! I can't put down my ipad and/or iphone but I'm a consumer user on those, no ios tech skills (yet...?).

Cheers!

Hi, I am new here but have been reading on the site for some time. I am a long time Apple product user. I have the following sound the house somewhere: an IPAD, 2 IPAD Minis, iPod touch, 3 older iPods, 3 iPhones, 11" Macbook air (2012), and a 13" MacBook Air (2013). I am really looking forward to the next product launch next week. I hope there will be a updated MacBook Air. I have been waiting to upgrade for about a year.
