iPad Pro On what time on April 30 will the iPad Pro pre-order open?

This seems very wrong. People were laughing the site was down 10hrs for air tag and a purple phone though so maybe they prepared it for this?
chances are though it won’t release, I’ll have to go to bed, and by the time I wake it’ll be a three month shipment. Apple has never not shut down the page before a preorder though, and that goes back to the latest release of airtags, we’re screwed.
I’m also surprised the store is still up… maybe they did all the background work last week before the AirTag preorder?
really do hope this is the case. i've got to take advantage of monthly financing with trade-in option and don't want to spend time typing in the device serial number all over again
I can hardly believe Apple improved the online store just 1 week after AirTag preorder.
Maybe they will release iPad Pro and iMac at some random time today because they are in shortage. Remember they said specifically 5 a.m. PDT (8 a.m. EST) for AirTag and iPhone 12 but didn't mention the preorder time for iPad Pro and iMac?

I’m not a happy late night camper but I do feel like they changed the rules. I’m a stickler for wording and had I seen this before i probably wouldn’t have stayed up. I thought they quoted the same for the air tags/iMac/ipad release at 5.

AT&T website went live at 6:30. I’ve already placed my order for the 12.9.
This is strange. I’ve never preordered anything from Apple before without the store going down beforehand.
So the times are just rumors are they? It would be better to do it now, as I think it would reduce traffic a little.
I’m in a Sydney and I wanna go to bed after ordering it… now I’m not sure if we’d see the preorder button go live at 10pm…
When I called Apple this morning they were adamant preorders would go live at 1pm (I’m in the UK).
it'll be pretty surprising if apple has finally figured out a way to not put down the store before pre-order. only 11 minutes away from tentative launching time and the store's still up?!
The don’t have the 5th gen on the site, only the 4th gen. Unless there was some glitch when you were on earlier.
